I understand the learning curve of new employees, so a wait for food doesn't bother me. A large portion of the menu being unavailable due to out of stock product and a rude employee in the drive thru window does.

Sound system doesn't work. Employee's are lazy and didn't give us our sauce. This was by far the worst service I have ever experienced. Just straight trash. They didn’t get my order right, they were completely lazy, and had the worst attitude. I honestly wouldn’t even give them a star. Im just in shock this establishment is even running with employees like that. Unbelievable

I have been to arbys recently and have gotten 3 orders in 1 vehicle and had no issue doing that. Came about a week later and was only able to do 2 and the gal taking our order was rude about 3 orders and it was purely the fact she was to lazy to do it

I think alot of the fast food places are short on employees. It took a little while. The food was good fries a little cool.

Staff was awesome. Only thing wrong was just how long everything took but I'm sure it was just a staffing thing. Everyone is understaffed these days.
