So Today we decided to go to red 🦞 lobster ànd try a few entrees and let me just say' first the customer service was excellent 💯 and what made it even better was the timely speedyness of our food order and the fabulous taste on it.
Hostess seated my husband and myself in the very back room and did not inform anyone. We sat there for about 15 minutes and weren't even greeted by anyone. We finally were greeted and she came back a few minutes later, by then we just got up and left.

What's most important to me is always service but in this case the food was just as awesome as the service. Thank you for being timely professional and providing a fantastic meal. We went on Tuesday night and it was quite busy. Steven the manager at the time was very gracious and checked on us more than once to make sure we were happy. We were seated after about a 1/2 hour and got our menus but immediately went for the bacon wrapped scallops - yummmmm
