Such great & amazing customer service! Employee who I’m assuming may have been the manager went about above & beyond! I asked if they had Fritos Pies he said no but they had junior wraps to which I said no thank you & I was done with my order. He proceeds to say he can do one without the tortillas!
Sonic is practically as American as apple pie. I have visited many Sonic Drive-Ins and have had a variety of experiences - some exceptional; some not so great. Horrible experience at this Sonic. Used the Sonic App to help the order go smoothly. That was a mistake. I waited for 1 hour at the Sonic to get the order. It took them 20 minutes to answer the initial call button. They answered. No food. I could see to-go food sacks in the food warmer inside. ( One
We waited over 20 minutes for drinks. They were not busy. The car hop didn't say a word to us.
Not my favorite sonic. It's always fast, but the tots are always burned or hard. The sauced boneless wings are always small and inedible pieces. Only reason we go to this one is because it is close to where we live.

they couldn't hear me placing my order because of so much noise in building, sounded like a fight going on in there, lots of offensive yelling, took way too long to get small order.
Rude staff. No sign on broken stall. Waited a long while after pushing button. Car hop wouldn't take order even when flagged down. Left without ordering. Won't be back to this location
