Be warned, this location does a LOT of mobile orders. Be prepared to wait a while if you walk in and order. I would suggest trying out a local Acton shop instead :)

We have visited this location multiple times trying to give them the benefit of doubt (maybe a bad day), but this is not the case. Very poor customer service each and every time. It is almost guaranteed your basic SB drink will be made wrong.

about average for a Starbucks, staff is friendly but slightly overworked, my order was wrong, as well as one or two that came back through the door while I was there. the norm.
