This location has terrible service. Never enough people working. Drive they is SLOW!!!
The McDonalds at Brookstone is far and away the best McDonalds we have ever visited. Time and time again they go above and beyond for their customers and always do it with a smile and with their customers happiness in mind. They gave my kiddos toys today and came and checked on a little girl who fell and was hurt, then provided all the kids in the play area with free sundaes. The kindness and personal touches really make a difference. The staff is always kind, courteous, respectful and helpful.
The food was fresh and good. The service was great. I don't know if I would let my kids play in the play area. From looking at the floor under play ground doesn't look the closest.

Why am I reviewing a McDonald's you ask? Because I've been searching for a shamrock shake for a few years and FINALLY they got them in. So while I'm here I'll also add they have the friendliest and best service of any other McDonald's around. Think Chickfila service here. My orders have never been wrong and the staff is consistently super nice. Also they still have junior big Macs so I don't have to wait for someone to share lol

This place is amazing. The employees worked hard and they are very sweet to serve everyone well. The play area is excellent.
I have lived around the corner of this location for almost seven years. This is consistently the best run and cleanest McDonalds I have ever seen. I will go out of my way to go to this location if I can.
