My friends, I have just met the most interesting man in the world, and he works at DJ's Taco Express in Addison.  The guy working the order counter must be the owner, or he is the most invested employee ever.  He speaks in a low baritone voice with an accent.  He knows everyone by name.  Here are comments I heard him say to his customers.  Brad, my friend, how have you been?  Dear, how were the tacos, did he like them?  Indeed, it's good to see you again.  Would you like to take a free taco to him, he's a good man?  He even started a rapport with me.  You are a first timer, you like it?  I hope you come see us again.  We make everything fresh each morning.  We add no animal fats, filler or oils.  I really like the guy.  I wish I was closer to this place because I definitely would come back because of him.

The food was good.  I tried a fajita plate and enjoyed the flavors.  It's not knock your socks off good, but they are doing something right. They have been open since 1991 making them one of the oldest in Addison.  They have a huge regular crowd that know each other by name.  They talk with this guy like they have known him forever.  Huge thumbs up to this place.  If he ever leaves, it will be a sad day.

Best taco in Dallas. I have friends that drive from Ft Worth, which is how I found them. Their hamburger is very good, too.

Best tacos in Dallas! Very courteous staff and a great place to grab lunch.

Great place to eat. I had the cheese enchilada special. Great service! We were a group of 7 waiting in the rain and they made room for us. Will definitely come back!
