I always have great service and the pizza is piping hot.
We locked our keys in the truck there a few weeks ago when we came in for pizza. After a long wait for someone to open our door we finally when back in for our pizzas to find out they made new ones for our trouble. I went back again tonight and the same great service by the same guy. Thanks Drew! :)

I think the employees are very good. Love the pizza! They have the computer set up & when I call they ask for phone number & right away act like I am an old friend. They call me by name & even ask if I want "my usual". They treat me like family!
Customer service has been lacking in all service industries over the last few years due to staffing shortages. However, the gentleman that was running the register when I picked up my pizza at the US 223, Adrian, MI location was by far the most pleasant and professional employee that I have had the pleasure of dealing with over the last few year. That young man needs to be recognized and applauded for being the type of person that seems to care about providing great service.
9 months pregnant , and didn’t know they close at 8pm … called at 7:55pm, and this wonderful guy still took my order and was absolutely understanding about it ! Food was delicious!
My pizza was hot, fresh and tasty. It also had a good amount of toppings and best of all the man up front took care of me as soon as I walked in. He built rapport with some light conversation and was very polite. I arrived about ten minutes to close as well. Alot of other places would have been rude due to that fact. That is the kind of customer service that made me feel appreciated and valued and will bring me back to order more pizza more frequently.
Ordering was fast and easy. The pizza was delivered quickly, and it was still quite warm and very tasty. The price was more than I wanted to spend, but it was still a good value.
While waiting at Adrian, MI store on 223 I watch an employee go out of he's way to help a customer. An elderly man tried to enter store to place an order and was greeted by a young male employee. I couldn't hear the conversation but I understood the employee was explaining to the man that orders needed to be phoned or made online. Customer wasn't able to do that so your employee instructed him to wait in car and he would help him. The employee returned with paper and pen to take his order. What a nice young man I thought and had to share so others knew of his kind efforts. Not only did we enjoy our pizza but left knowing your company has a wonderful young employee who goes above and beyond to service your customers. Wish I knew his name but only know he was a white young male and the incident happened 1/30/21 at 5:15pm at your Adrian, MI US 223 store. Please let him know someone saw his kindness and congratulate him for doing the right thing.
