The best burger on Oahu!!! I really enjoyed the service and staff. The only complaint I have is that I preferred the old décor to the new. New décor seems Teddy's is trying to be like other food chains and its a little to hipster to me. But the food and service is still top shelf.
I am a burger eater every state I been too I found a burger place that made good burger and by far this is one of the best burger places. No fancy burger name or anything like that.

This was was second time I just remembered my brothers taking me and it was big and messy lol and this time I ordered the smalll burger was Teri and avacado and it awesome and they got great shakes and I was so full. Thank you and I'll see you guys when I get back

ROVANA is the best cashier & has the best customer service ever! I seriously didn’t think I would write a review but I needed to share how great our experience was because of her. From ordering our food she noticed my sons shirt which said “team benji beast” & inquired about it. I told her that Benji is our nephew who is beating cancer! She asked if there was a gofundme account because she would like to donate. I wrote it down for her. I know that fast food place do make a lot of money but to hear her say “I don’t have much but I can give what I can” made me realize there are still great people here in Hawai’i. She then came & brought our food and 2 superhero tattoos and told my son to make sure we give one to Benji because he’s a hero! She really went out of her way to show great customer service. Besides that my food was good!

The burgers are good... When they get the order right. Which only happens one out of three times. Always order by phone or else you'll stand there for an hour. And if they say pick up in fifteen minutes, they mean thirty.

I loved the one in kailua and the one here in Aiea was quick and the lady who took my order was very nice and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone on leeward side.
Best burger I have ever had! And that is saying a lot if you love them as much as I do. They have everything a great burger joint needs shakes, onion rings, fries and if you are not into burgers they have chicken sandwiches. Staff was great, the place was clean and the food comes out quick.
The burger took a little longer to come out but well worth the wait. I had the Hawaiian burger and it had a ton of flavor, juicy, a hint of sweet from the grilled pineapple inside topped with a soft/sweet bun. Absolutely delicious.
Came by for a quick bite. The spot wasn’t the cleanest but it wasn’t enough to deter hungry tourist. It wasn’t busy when we came. I ordered a regular burger with two Pattie’s and tater tots.
The tater tots were extra crispy! Which is how I like it. My burger was good, I wish I hadn’t ordered it with the special sauce I think they called it? It was on the sweet side.
Overall, customer service was nice and helpful.
They also locked their restrooms to the public so you need to ask for a key for the ones outside in the general shopping area!
Wonderful lunch before heading to Pearl Harbor memorial. We had the Kailua burger and Spicy Chicken burger. We also enjoyed the house fries — delicious! What pleasantly surprised us is when the server brought us our food, he said he didn’t like the look of the onion rings that we received — and he brought a complimentary extra order of onion rings soon afterward. Highly recommend Teddy’s!
Had the pleasure of trying this place for an early dinner yesterday and ordered the single spicy Mac and cheese bite burger, side of tater tots and the orange creamsicle milk shake. Burgers are 1/3 lb so be careful out there Fam! Tater tots were just as crunchy as I like them. The burger was cooked to order and hot, very juicy and tasty! The fried Mac and cheese bites left a little to be desired. The highlight for me was definitely the milkshake as I don't think I've ever had that combination. Certainly a throwback to the dreamsicle of our childhoods.
It's been years since I last came to this locale. First time was when I was in college... this is now my second time here. And it still doesn't disappoint.
Bonus, I got to see an old high-school friend. :3

Truly one of the most delicious burgers 🍔 I have eaten in Hawaii. The menu is extensive and will make your eyes widen. Upon my friend's recommendation, I ordered the Kailua burger with a well-done patty, and it did not disappoint! The teriyaki sauce on the burger was a first for me, and it was simply delightful. The French fries were also top-notch. Parking was not a problem, but the shared restroom threw me off a bit. The prices of fast food items here seemed expensive we ended up paying almost $45 for two burgers. However, given the scrumptious taste, it was probably worth it. Let's not forget, we're in Hawaii, baby! 😅
The Waikiki burger had a lot going on. The teriyaki was a bit overpowering, but everything else about it was very good. The Kaneohe is a pretty standard burger with avocado. What we really appreciated was the waitress coming to check on us even after we paid and received our food. Just wish it was a bit warmer inside, but I get cold easily so it may just be me😅
Inside seating area was clean. Nice service. The burger was massive and very good. The unami French fries were also delicious. Expensive burger but it's worth a try and tasty!
Great burgers here, great service and it was.fast to get what we ordered. The onion rings in the burger were SO CRISP. Love the fries and they offer boozy shakes 👍 a little pricey for those, in my opinion (@$12), but still good. Would definitely come back again. They also have events, like karaoke and trivia.
Bathrooms are out of order... from what I understand this has been an ongoing issue. Guys get that fixed... food was excellent!!!!
I love coming to Teddy's and getting the volcano burger. Yesterday I switched it up and got the jalapeno popper burger. I like that they have new flavors occasionally and that you can also get a margarita on Mondays for $3. They're kind of pricey but definitely delicious
Popped in here after visiting Pearl Harbor and it was so good! Husband and I each ordered a combo with shake, so much food. Love their crispy fries and everything was super fresh. I accidentally ordered my Hawaiian burger as a "Teri" burger but they were so nice and gave me the grilled pineapple anyway :D definitely recommend this diner!
The burgers were delicious! Juicy and very flavorful! I ordered the Hawaiian and my hubby ordered the double patties! Our toddler kids had the corndogs and fries and they enjoyed them. The employees were very friendly
We were craving burgers and found Teddy's. Hamburgers are good size and the food is made fresh to order, so everything comes out hot. Free drink refills. Plenty of free parking. We were able to park right in front. We each tried a different burger. All were delicious. The fries and onion rings were good too.
Very friendly. They must of known it was our first time there. Very patient and explained the menu and how to order.
Burgers were quite tasty and fried were crisp and fresh.
Also had a strawberry shake it was good and thick.

6/12/2022 Craving an awesome burger so off to Teddy's we went. Eee, I realized that we were ordering burgers at 10:16 in the morning but whatever your heart desires, right? Or as locals say, whatever you're ono for. He had the Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich with jalapenos and no tomato. I had the single Kailua style (Teri sauce, Swiss cheese, mushrooms, and grilled onions). We shared a large tots with bacon and cheese. Consistently delicious food and friendly service!
9/5/2021 Realized that whenever we go to a home improvement/ hardware store, we want burgers afterwards! This time I got a single Teri burger with swiss cheese and he got a double Kilauea Fire burger and tater tots with cheese and bacon. Yummy!
8/7/2021 Decided to stop here on a whim because the husband wanted a burger. Helpful service by Rovana-she asked us if we had any questions and gave tips on ordering. We took a while to decide what we wanted. Ended up ordering to take out, a double burger Volcano style (with jalapenos, pepper jack cheese, and fire BBQ sauce) cooked medium, a large garlic butter tots, and a single burger Kailua style (Teri sauce, swiss cheese, mushrooms, and grilled onions), cooked medium well. Delicious burgers! The garlic butter tater tots were how I like them, not too much garlic, buttery, and no burnt garlic or oil flavor. Great service and food makes Teddy's Bigger Burgers an awesome place! Oh, they do charge a credit card surcharge.
