Great waiter, Frankie. Food was very good. No buffet for Mothers Day so food took over an hour. Several large groups in front of us. Nice decor, great location. One of my favorite downtown locations. Good value, not expensive, moderate plus. Easy on street parking or valet for $5. I'll be back.

Food was very good. Prices were fair. The service was great and the waiter knowledgeable. The chairs were a little old and needed replaced but overall good decor. However the bathrooms needed updated and cleaned.

Prices were moderate for the area and for the type of establishment Bricco is. Food was very tasty and was presented very well. Everything came out at the right temperature too, so that was a plus. Huge drink selection as well. While we visited on a busy night, service was slower than expected. No complaints about the actual staff abilities, but everything was just slower than I anticipated. Seems to be limited options on parking too unless the $5 valet is used (attendants were courteous and professional the whole time).

Amazing food and amazing service. Everyone was super nice, and gave us recommendations. The pizzas were some of the best we had. Lots of flavor, especially on the chorizo one. For the amount of the food, the price is really fair honestly. We're a bunch or college students so price was a concern, but we ended up spending around $10 each so it wasn't bad at all. Would definitely recommend checking out Bricco if you're in town, I know I'll be back.

Food: Not authentic Italian food. Flavor profiles are way off. Had the calamari that was mixed with sausage and peppers. Real Italian food is not a gumble of ingredients nor does it even have to be very complex. All it requires is simple, fresh ingredients. I also had the fettuccine Alfredo which had way too much pepper, and tasted manufactured. There is much better Italian restaurants in and near Akron, not sure why this place is rated so high.
Atmosphere: Actually not a bad vibe from this place, more of a fun hot spot for parties to meet. Was kinda empty when I arrived but got busier.
Service: Felt really rushed and like waitress was going through the motions and did not want to be there.
Overall I would not recommend this restaurant.

Bricco is a downtown staple and you really can’t go wrong here with just about any choice. I recommend the salmon cooked medium rare and vegetables and a side of risotto balls.

So I "should" have taken a pic of this tasty gem before tucking into this decadent Chocolate Raspberry Mousse Torte! It's so balanced with sweetness and a hint of tartness from the raspberry coulis, the raspberry and chocolate mousse layers are light and airy. The layer of chocolate over the dark chocolate cake on the bottom is just divine! At a little over $6 for 4 layers of yummy goodness, it's as deal that tickles the taste buds!!

My food was bomb! I can't even explain the party that went on in my mouth! That sweet thai chilli sauce was so dang on good I almost cursed! I added zucchini and spinach to mines and it made it soooo much more tastier. I say just go get it man you won't be disappointed. Hell, just look at the pix 😊

We really like this place - the menu is solid with a bit of flare - the wine list has some gems mixed in with the obligatory labels and not ridiculously marked up - however they consistently struggle with preparation and presentation - you can feel the potential for this place to really tear it up - i recommend it along with DBA, Crave and Diamond Grille for a true Akron experience.

Service was terrible, managers were no where to be found, food took over an hour, when it finally came two of the guest we were with didn't get there's because they messed up tickets and food went to wrong table. I ordered ice tea which half way through my meal some how changed to a different beverage..some how my bill was over $45 for a salad with chicken and alfredo that was bland, we had a soft drink an ice tea and a water.. would never go back_ specially considering it was Mother's Day, figured they would have that figured out_ when you compete against restaurants like crave that has comparable prices and the food there makes bricco look like a school cafeteria 👎🏾Not to mention the guest we were with ordered two glasses of wine and a mojito which took over 20mns to get to the table??🤔🤔🤔

Living in downtown Akron has given me the chance to eat here! Ate here again last night. The Cajun chicken pasta was WAY too spicy (and we like spicy) barely ate half and had to waste the rest. The shrimp and scallops with risotto was amazing! I recommend eating here but something needs to be done to modify that cajun Alfredo sauce a bit. Tried ONE noodle and had to gulp water!

The owner here is an amazingly nice guy. Great food. Friendly staff. Ask for James as your waiter when he's in. You'll want for nothing! My go to place.

I had the special, Veal parmesan. The veal was chewy with about an inch thick of soggy what I'd assume was supposed to be the crust. We sampled the pasta sauce which I thought was delicious but when the pasta was served it did not taste like the same sauce, It was awful. They were extremely slow and it took forever for our waitress to take our order. We order the catfish bites for the appetizer but after 2 bones I was done. My husband had an Alfredo pasta which he didn't like either. Would I go back, no. Would I ever recommend bricco, no. Would I advise friends to not go there, yes.

Love the place! Took my Mom and Dad here after we finished our train ride in the valley. I had been at the Pub Bricco numerous times but this is my first visit to the downtown location. Great place as expected, love the salmon and Brussels sprout salad. That salad dressing is fantastic!
Our waiter was very impressive. Took all of our orders and didn't write down a single thing. And delivered it to us without fail. Great service, great food! Can't go wrong dining at a Bricco location.

Always... ALWAYS have a excellent meal here! Staff is 1st rate. Food is alway fantastic. But more than that, I have many great memories of spending time there with friends and coworkers. Great gathering place!

Had the daily special burger. I was a little worried about getting a burger from an Italian restaurant, but it was fantastic. My coworkers got the chicken salad daily special and the pulled pork tacos... both reported as excellent! The staff was prompt and friendly.

I ordered a French martini that was too strong. I asked the waiter to make my drink a bit weaker it was still too strong. I told him that I no longer wanted the drink after he made changes to the drink. It was still too strong. The waiter said he could not take it off my bill or swap my drink. I was charged $9 for a drink that I did not drink when the bill came. I asked for the manager. The manager Brian was rude and told me he had no authority to refund my money to call someone named David tomorrow. He eventually came back later and removed it from my bill. The hassle to do this was ridiculous. The food was good but the service was lacking. I won't be back.

Went in today with my friends from work for lunch. Service was excellent ! The food was amazing!!! This was my first time here and I will definitely be back. I had the grilled chicken wrap and it was so good but everyone's food looked and smelled great!

I typically go with friends to the downtown Bricco after Akron Symphony concerts. There's typically a larger group of us so I know we can be a bit of a challenge to wait staff. We've always had great service! The food is also always great as well! It's become a tradition for us to go to Bricco (downtown) after concerts because it's a great way to unwind from the excitement of the concerts.

We had our wedding rehearsal dinner here and it was absolutely perfect. David was fantastic to work with in setting everything up and staff was wonderful day of. We were coordinating everything from out of town but it was a breeze. Food was fantastic for party of 32. Every one ranted and raved how delicious. Valet parking very reasonable and convenient. Highly recommend for casual dinner or celebratory group. Perfect!!!

Had reservations. Our party of 6 was seated and 10 mins later, we had to ask for a waiter!!!! Then when my salad came out , I had to ask for my dressing.... and 15 mins later I had to ask again.... it was awful service. No one smiled. Not the manager, waiter or any bartender. Terrible vibes

I've never had perfect scallops made for me! Usually they have sand in them or are rubbery ! The scallops here were perfect! Melted in mouth like butter! Kudos to the chefs!!!! ❤️❤️
