Happened upon this gem while visiting friends in Akron. The staff was amazing but the plus was our waitress who happened to also be the manager on duty. She was so delight and suggested some great dishes. Pictured is the stuffed Catfish. 😍 I recommend 👌 I loved the band but my only dislike was the house music. The volume was quite loud at times which caused us to practically scream at one another. Once the band was ready, the house music was off for what seemed to be the remainder of our time at the location.

Ok, so this restaurant is consistently awesome. Excellent customer service and not one bad dish on the dinner menu! Be SURE to order the Prime Rib. Thank me later.

Traveling With Ja'

I visited Edgar's for the first time and definitely plan on making more visits in the future. The staff is very professional and prompt with service. Our waitress Cami (apologies if it is not spelled correctly 😊) was AMAZING! Her attentiveness, patience, and service was nothing less than perfect. I ordered the stuffed catfish. LAWD HELP MEEEEEEEEE!! My mouth has never experienced such harmony with the combination of shrimp, catfish, and crab topped with sauteed asparagus and a sprinkle of black beans. I purposely saved half so I could relish in this dish later at home. To enhance my gastronomic experience even further, I dared to order the baklava cheesecake for dessert. Somebody STOP ME! The combination is deeeeelish. A great meal complimented with an ambiance that is relaxing yet upscale and classy. I would recommend Edgar's to anyone who is looking for this type of experience.
