I recently moved to Akron and wanted a “mom and pop” type place for breakfast because they always have the best breakfast. Woody’s did not disappoint! When we arrived shortly after nine it was PACKED! Not one open table. We waited for maybe 10 minutes and that shocked me because of how packed it was

The BEST chicken strips I have EVER eaten in my 45 years on this planet. Great staff. Highly recommend this place for a very reasonable priced meal.

first time I've ever been to this restaurant, pretty small place, and when I went here it was on a Sunday morning and they were very busy. but the prices were very good, I got biscuits and gravy and I believe it was under five bucks and it was the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had in my life. Wonderful place to eat. Great service, great food, great prices. We eat there every Monday for lunch and spend under $10 for a meal.

I've driven by this place for years, but I never went in because quite frankly I thought it was a bar. Instead I found that it is an excellent place to get a breakfast. I've been back three times now.

Called for take out on a day off, service was fast, food was good and staff was friendly! I must say the place was packed and everyone says it is a really good place to eat breakfast and lunch! I couldn’t disagree!
