Stopped in for lunch and was seated quickly. Crystal was my server and did a wonderful job. Order was fast and she refilled my drink several times. Was a pleasant experience with great front of house staff and an attentive server. Food was good and Crystal made she I had all I needed.
On trip to view new house and ate here late at night waitress was very friendly and pleasant. Had breakfast for late dinner was surprised how fast omelet and pancakes were ready. Only complaint was that the breakfast sausage links were very small
After stopping in at Waffle house, where I could only place a to-go order, I moved on to this Arlington Ihop where a manager, Kevin was mopping the floor and actively helping his employees get their daily tasks done. He greeted me with a smile and an attitude that brightened up my morning. Service was great, the restaurant was clean, and I highly recommend this establishment. Many restaurant managers should take notes from the way this IHOP is run.
We were greeted inside by a very polite gentleman who seated us at a table. Our waitress welcomed us to IHOP and with a joyful smile. Politely, she took our order and within two minutes our drinks were served, followed shortly afterwards our breakfast. It was served hot and everything was perfect. She came back shortly asking if we needed anything else.
I ordered the Big steak omelette, (Yummy). That was huge and delicious.
