This is a HUGE restaurant within walking distance of the Lock 3 and the Akron Civic Theater in Akron. It is a GREAT place to eat before a show or concert. They have a good menu and very reasonable prices. They had a special on Friday of Fish and Chips for only $12 and a Long Island Ice tea for only $4. You can't beat that! The food and drinks were very good and the portion for food was HUGE. The server was friendly, polite and thorough, but the service was a little but slow. They were crowded. We were delighted and we will return.

Nachos were ok but light on the toppings, loaded tots were good though. The Ruben was soggy and didn't like the blue drink. Decent atmosphere maybe it was just not the best nite in the kitchen.

Do not eat here! Me and my mom came in for lunch one afternoon at 12:00pm. It was slow and only one other couple was seated in the dining room. We were seated and placed our order fairly quickly due to being on our lunch break and only having an hour to spare. While we waited, two more couples appeared and were seated next to us. 30 minutes go by and every table was now served with food except ours. The server never approached us with an update on our food so we were left with assumptions. By 12:40 our server finally approached us and asked if we received our meal. Mind you, she was the only server working the tables during this time and it was pretty clear we did not receive our food because 1.) she walked past us several times 2.) she never delivered it and 3.) our table was completely empty. By 12:45 our salads were finally brought out but by that time we needed to get back to work. Overall, the customer service was terrible, nobody ever checked on us throughout our wait and we were left with literally nothing to eat. Highly disappointed.

Great service but the place is dirty, we asked for malt vinegar and she brought us over glass containers with multiple floating gnats inside along with stringy mold swirling around the inside. Completely lost my appetite and I and normally not one to complain but this is just pure lack of taking pride in your establishment. I can only imagine what disasters you would find in the kitchen. We waited about an hour for our food. The waitress, Omari, was really rude when we asked for a manager because we expressed that we had somewhere else to be. The food came out and all of our burgers were over cooked (partially because the waitress never asked how to cook them). We asked for a manager, and our waitress sent over a different waitress (who we saw waiting tables) who told us that food takes 30 minutes to come out of the kitchen, and if you miss the 30 minute period you have to wait another 30 minutes. Mind you, the restaurant was not busy when we ordered. I watched the food come to other tables who sat at the same time far before us. The manager talked down to us, despite two of us being cooks and one being a waitress at other high end restaurants. Customer service was horrendous — and when it came time to the check they split it without being asked, then huffed when we corrected it. Moral of the story: never eat here.

The Thursday mixed drink menu was worth looking at, and I tried 4 of the list.
2 were repeats.
My food was perfect.
The choices I had available for food completely exceed my wishes at that moment.

Walked in to an empty restaurant and three servers sitting around talking. Sign said Please Wait to be Seated. No one acknowledged or greeted us so we left. Lousy service. Not coming back. Waste of time. Hire staff that wants to do their job.

Came out for a lite lunch. Service was quick and we had the place to ourselves for the most part. They have a patio that we sat at. Games and plenty of TV screens are all around the interior. The bar it pretty big and has lots of seats. They also have a stage to host djs or bands I assume.
