The worst Dunkin Donuts on earth. Workers are rude and have dirty fingernails. 90% of the time they don't serve food especially in the morning. After waiting 15 minutes at the window for a coffee the worker had the audacity to get rude with me. I will never go to this Dunkin as long as I live.

Wish no stars was an option! This is the WORST Dunkin ever!! Milk crates blocking the drive thru, sign in speaker for days that "the espresso machine is broke", employees always sitting in the lobby on their phones or outside. Front counter closed... this place is just awful

never fails to have my order wrong every time i come here. no matter how long it’s been. every single time. not coming back. save your time and go to the location down the road, across from the lake. the employees are always rude.

Every time I go here and the old lady is working(her name is Kathy I think) the order is always wrong. Today I ordered 1 medium hot coffee w/peppermint mocha flavoring and 1 Xl hot coffee w/peppermint mocha flavoring. What I received was a medium and a large. I hade to stir the drinks myself to be able to taste the flavoring because the old lady did not stir the coffee to mix the flavoring with the coffee. I also heard her telling other customers that she can not make the order the way they are requesting it to be made and she was very rude about it. If I go to this location and she is not working the orders are always correct and I have no issues. She is a cancer to this location and needs to be fired. If you check your reviews you will see that she is a problem for a lot of people.

The first time I went to this location my order was completely wrong. the second time I went in the morning the drive thru was closed, and the girl working inside didn’t speak to me other than telling me the total. She looked me up and down as I approached the counter then proceeded to just look at me while I spoke without saying anything back. Very rude and made me uncomfortable:/

By far the best location ever!!! These employees recognize their customers by name and are so polite. there are some who have their worst days but heeey who doesn’t?!? The manager has done a great job of cleaning house and making sure things are in tip top shape as much as possible.. only one person can do so much so give credit when it’s due.. this location have came a long way !!! I also wanna mention they are AMAZING AT REMEMBERING ORDERS!! I can pull up they hear my voice they just pull me forward and have my drink ready to go and I love it!!!

Can't even count the number of times they've gotten my order wrong. On top of that I don't think they've ever actually had the item I wanted to order the first time, whoever is in charge of stocking this restaurant needs to find a new job. And the employees need to actually pay attention when you order. As someone who's worked in the food service industry, it's really not that hard.

Love Dunkin donuts clean fresh in AM. They only had drive through open. But my truck would not fit. They allowed me to go inside very polite about it
