Under staffed and the staff that WAS there....uhggg. I love Moe's. What have management allow to happen here? Food was ok. But, do they ever clean this place? Chips on the floor, glass where they prepare your food was all dirty and smeared with food droppings everywhere. And they were prepping catering orders in the dining area?
Used to work here and I'd say the food is better than Chipotle the only downside was that working was really hard when it was slow because you always have to look busy and then we'd get super hectic rushes and have like 2 minutes to try to clean everything between groups of costumers
This location was good when it opened. Not so great lately. I paid to add quinoa to my bowl - they forgot it, they didn't add the queso fresco, the bowl was 70% rice, every 4-5 bites I was lucky enough to get a piece of chicken.
Was not the best experience at this Moe's. Will not be back for awhile. Service was slowww. They had some online orders, but was in no rush and just stared at the food like it was their first day. Guy making the food needs to acknowledge us and wake up. Got our food, it was cold. Did notice kids pl
