Took my daughter for the Buffett! Great price and great food! Several different pizzas, 2 different pastas and an amazing salad bar! Service was ok but it was 1 waitress for a room full of guests! Definitely will be back!
Terrible experience after experience. They mess up my order every time. Tonight tops it all. They confirmed my order. Send me a message it was out for delivery then I get a message from door dash saying they were on the way to pick it up. I ordered through the website for PIZZA HUT NOT DOOR DASH. NO
We called PizzaHut in Coventry for a specific time (5pm) for a surprise party for a friend, and they were on time and the pizza was delicious. Staff was friendly and actually answered phone when we called! Very thankful for the excellent service!

I paid $1 extra for the pan pizza because I love the buttery crust and it is a little harder than the hand-tossed. My pizza crust was soft. When we picked up our slices, they were bending and all the toppings were falling off. The crust was soggier then crispy. We were very disappointed because
Called in an order and was told computers were down, but she wrote my order down and asked if we could come to the pick up window. Got there in about 10 min and was able to pay for and pick up our pizza with a discount that Mgr added! What great customer service. Thank you!
Delicious fresh food! Our salads and pizza were great for our dine in experience. We will be back!
The pizza buffet is the best deal in town. Good eats at a reasonable price. No more buffet due to Covid but open for dining and carry out.
