The could give a full fry if you pay for large you want a large fry. I love to eat. The service is great this time. I will not talk about last time but 1 out 3 times I go, I get an attitude.

Every time I grab food here there is a significantly long wait. No longer in my eyes considered "fast-food ". I understand staffing is the biggest issue as that is everywhere. I work in the ER so I completely get it but the rudeness of staff is not OK. The first woman in the drive-thru was super friendly but not the second. She had a bad attitude and shoved my bag of food at me. My fries were nasty. They were greasy, old and had a funny taste. I received no straws nor napkins. Needless to say my kiddos were not impressed and nor was I.

Food was fresh and service was quick. Probably would have gave a 3.5 if I could bc the worker giving me my food wasn't the most pleasant. Definitely better then the previous location any day though.

The gorgeous woman with the beautiful eyelashes who served me a delicious frostychino (totally butchered that name) was so kind and did a really nice thing for me that made my day. They were so busy but were very friendly and made me feel so much better today. Thank you, Wendy’s!

I love this Wendy's. The food is always fresh and the staff is pretty nice. Sometimes the waits are long because they don't have the dining room open but it worth it. To be honest, this is the only one I go to on my side of town.
Update 2.16.22: This Wendy's still serves fresh food...well the fries are always fresh but several times I have ordered during breakfast and some of my order was missing. Once I was told they would have to see of they could give me the sandwich because breakfast was almost over. I was able to get it luckily because it wasn't my fault they forgot it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Habitually the slowest most aggravating drive thru expirience.. I can't even call it service. This store has been this way for months! I watch so may people pull out and have done it myself in spite of my hunger. There's always plenty of people in there, but everyone is just walking around in circles. You could go to a sit down restaurant in the time they make you wait in the drive thru. No lie, there was 1 car ordering, one behind them, then our vehicle... It was more than 30 mins just to get to the cashier. Wendy would be rolling over in her jbcb coffin if she saw how unorganized and inefficient this crew has been 4 at least the last 6months. $25 for 2 combos, you'd think some reasonable service would be included at that price.... Get it together East Market!

Im STILL waiting in the mobile pickup and its been 30 minutes! Ive seen dozens of cars go through the drive thru and ive seen people park go inside and still get their food before me and I only wanted a 6 piece nugget and a baked potato!! Their app has no way to get a refund so you're stuck waiting. Terrible service.

They were out of biscuits this morning so I went back to grab lunch. Employee at the register taking order, filling it, taking next order... where's the teamwork? Especially when she's moving at the speed of dark (I know, she's probably been on her feet at the register all morning, but again, where's the teamwork?)... Here's a tip: when someone orders a "sour cream and chives" baked potato, you shouldn't have to ask if they want sour cream with it. Food was good, though.
