Quality is no longer the same and the lady is a bit rude. Asked for extra hard mushrooms and they were mushy inside. Mozzarella sticks use to be crispy and firm, now they were soft and fell apart. I did not even try the pizza and just gave it to the kids. We ended up ordering from Papa John's. Waste

Food is good but every single time I have called to make an order or my family has called, the lady who answers is rude and always sounds like she has an attitude. It makes me want to look anywhere else for pizza. We don't appreciate getting hung up on.

I was parked in Akron at General transport. I ordered a pizza from Mama Rosa's. It was ten bucks for extra cheese and sausage and came 30 minutes quicker than they said. The pizza was fabulous. I will definitely order again! 6 Stars
