Very clean and very friendly. I was annoyed the the self ordering station was out of receipt paper and when I mentioned it noone seemed concerned. My concern was answered with "it appears on our screens here" with a point at the screen. Yes, I understand that it appears on your screen. But when I pay for something I expect a receipt.
The playplace looks fun but closed due to covid. The chicken sandwich I ordered was really good for $4 and surprisingly came in a foil envelope like they do at Chick-fil-A.
This is one of the really old locations for McDonald's around Akron however it has had a very nice refresh. There is still a kids play area unlike some of the new sites. The play area is roomy and well kept as is the rest of the store. Service was good and the servers are very polite. I do miss the blimp stories from the previous decor.
Always accurate. With the short staffing issue and all. If they hadn't have mentioned I wouldn't have noticed. They rock!
Thee service is a little too slow. But the girl at the window was very sweet. She gave good costumer service
