The owner needs some D or something because she is a straight up B. You’d think with how many people review and talk about how horrible she is, she would fix her attitude. When I tried ordering a half pepperoni pizza she told me “I can’t do that, it’s too busy, it’s Friday.” WHAT?! That’s the most insane thing I’ve ever heard…. So if someone ordered a deluxe would you tell them no because it’s extra toppings? 😂 wild man. Someone needs to take over this place before she gets a pizza thrown in her face.

AS TO THE BLONDE LADY THAT EVERYONE TARGETS THERE, SHE IS ACTUALLY KIND AND SMART SO GET OFF HER BACK, JEALOUSLY HAS NO PLACE IN A GOOGLE REVIEW. HERE IN AMERICA WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO THINK FREELY. Pizza arrived hot and was good as usual. I think the guy cutting the pizzas needs a little more practice! lol I still wish they hadn't ruined the best meatball sub in the the state by going with 4 small mediocre meatballs from the 3 large, better tasting ones they used to have.

We ordered a large pizza this evening with mushrooms and onions. I had to use a flashlight to see the small amount of vegetables and very little sauce and I didn't see any cheese on it. I was very disappointed, I'll stick with the chicken that is delicious.

Urgh... we ordered philly cheese steaks and they used this fake "steak" and slapped two hunks of mozzarella on top, onions uncooked and more bread than "fixins" this was the worst steak n cheesh I have ever had. Disgusting and there's no way around it just save your money.

Ordered a large Caprese pizza 4/28 from this location for dinner around 8:30 p.m. When the pizza arrived it was cold, didn't look appetizing and and tasted horrible. We couldn't tell if it was spinach on it, and it lacked of tomatoes, cheese and sauce. We called in as unsatisfied customers and they explained," that's how it comes." We tried to call back around 9:30ish and no one answered the phone. We would've of appreciated a better care of customer service.
Come to find it was the manager who answered the call. We would've been okay if they offered or recommended something other than "thats how it comes." We would've been find to have brought the pizza in and ordered something else, we would have been find with a refund, paying the difference to make it better or even a rein check. We tried to eat it but it was just that bad. This is one of my favorite pizzas and places to order from and I wanted to introduce it to a friend.Our first experience with this pizza was bad.Unfortunately this is not what we quite expected.They failed us as loyal customers and i would like to give them the benefit of the doubt because i know they could make a better pizza. I mean the picture online is what got me craving the Caprese pizza. it definitely looked and sounded totally different as advertised than what they dared to serve us in person. As paying customers who tipped well, we expected more.

Wow if I could give this place 0 stars i would! I have no idea what their issue was. I called today to make an order for delivery, I ordered a 4 piece chicken and said that yesterday when I ordered it arrived soggy so if it can be ensured it won’t be super soggy I’d appreciate it. Then ordered a meatball sub and asked if it can be ensured to not be dry(because last time I ordered it it was super dry) I am a very polite person. The person who answered was super nice. But then I was put on hold and someone else said I can take my business elsewhere because of the way I “spoke to the employee” I was SHOCKED. I said I was not rude at all, I was just asking if there was a way to ensure it to arrive not super soggy, dry or cold. (When I ordered yesterday they said an hour, it didn’t arrive till nearly 2 hours) they said to order from Papa Johns. Never again will do business here. The customer service is poor and the food was terrible. Just wanted to try and give it another change but their customer service was worse than the food.

Wise man say forgiveness is divine but never pay full price for late pizza. Ordered a pizza and 6 wings at 4pm on a Sunday. I was quoted an hour for delivery. After an hour and a half I called to check on my order they said it was out for delivery. Thirty minutes later it shows up an hour late and two hours after I placed the order. I called to speak to the manager about having it comped and his response was “No, if you want faster pizza come down and fill out an application.” Don’t waste your money on a place that doesn’t care about it’s customers.
