There were 3 other people dining in. I took my son and we got burgers. I was expecting just super average food when the burgers come out. I kid you not..........these burgers were HUGE and JUICY and DELICIOUS!!! FROM DENNY'S!!!! It blew my mind! And nobody is going to this place when they're making burgers like this?!?!?!? Are you kidding me???? Get the word out people! Go to Denny's in Chapel Hill!!
I have visited this location numerous times since it is close to my office for lunch. The food is consistently excellent and always served hot and fresh. My go to is the iconic Grand Slam and makes a hearty weekday brunch at a great price. Service is always excellent and courteous. The restaurant is always clean and welcoming.
One person doing all of the work except for a cook. She did a really good job for being a one-man show. Food was okay. Bacon and sausage were good but the pancakes were a bit overdone. Seasonal fruit was really nice. I like the Grand slam choice menu
Stopped for coffee due to the free refills... Ended up having the triple grand-slam breakfast meal on account of it being my b-day month. Meal was cooked well... waitress seemed a little edgy!
Excellent meal. It wasn't busy at all. I asked about having applications printed directly on the place settings &The waiter told me they were hiring & desperately needed employees- encouraging me to apply. I still haven't gotten a call from the manager regarding my application.
Food is aways good. Between ordering and waiting for our food. They take alot of togo orders. Don't know how they can keep up with it all but they do a good job handling it all. Who ever is in charge there really really does a good job and the employees (waitresses and cooks ) do an outstanding job.
This location says they cant seat more then 5 people. They were very nice about it. But if youre going out with a group or have a large family make sure you call first!
