A little longer on the wait then the sites in Canton but staff was still very friendly and kind so I am happy to come back when my job has me close.
Service was slow. But my order was correct and seemed freshly made
It is hit and miss for the service. Just depends on who is working I guess. Can be ghetto or trashy or pleasant. Flip a coin to get your service with a smile or a why do I live?!
Make sure to go to the Copley Road McD and get B. Harrision to wait on you. This young lady should be doing the front counter training... polite, courteous, quick and knowledgeable about the product.
They must have driven out the good employees because the line during late night is horrible and barely moves. They obviously cant keep up and the food was sub par. Not accepting cash either. Thumbs down. Both lanes should be open and they only ever have one lane after a certain time.
Normally this McDonald's is on point but this was by far my worst experiences at McDonald's my mcnugget and both cheeseburger were dry and burnt tasting
