Order placed at 11:40am on 04/24/22 through drive thru. I've been through many fast food restaurant drive they'd but never was every single word I said spoken over top of. And when I said excuse me cause she was talking SOOOO FASTTTT she got very upset and started talking faster after I stated I apologize but I'm having a hard time hearing you, and again she decides to speak faster and louder.
I get up to the window and ask if there's ketchup in the bag for my chicken nuggets, and said you don't want sauce I said no just a lot of ketchup like I said at the order intercom. And she threw the ketchup in the bag and then slammed the door. I do not know if she had 1 to many last night or what but she definitely needs to have a manager speak with her on manners and someone needs to speak to her on having a reality check that the world does not revolve around rude people. Normally whatever I order and whatever is left for change out of my 20 I give to the staff for a tip as I remember what it's like working fast food. Well today I only spent $4 worth so she would have gotten a little nice tip if she would have acted like she had some sense to herself.
Not to mention I thought staff are supposed to wash their hands throughout the day, she had food and nasty stuff underneath her long LONGGGGG nails delivering food out the drive through. That is nasty. I'm currently drinking my coffee and throwing the rest away.
Thank you! Take my advice do not go to this Burger King location when s girl with long black dreads working with long dark nails with food stuck underneath them working and VERYYYYY rude manners. Save the hassle and time!!!!
I did not have a receipt as she said they were out of paper so this occured 04/24/2022 at appox 1140am (pulled up to intercom) to 11:55a (drove out of drive thru)

The food is good. They're relatively faster than other Burger King's I've gone to and the employees working there are really nice.

I must have gone at a bad time. There were only two employees working, the intercom wasn't working so they didn't get my order right, and I had to pull up and wait for five minutes for my Whopper to be made and brought out to me.

I go here at lunchtime sometimes and our food is always hot, fresh and correct!!! Great customer service!!!

The food was good and really hot. 🍟 were the best. They have a loaded potato with bacon tots. Not a fan! Still, the place is very clean & nice staff. I would go back.

Food was good, in fact the whopper tasted just like it did when I was a kid, when the first Burger Kings opened!
Only issue is that when you pull up to the drive thru threes no menu to look t while waiting in line before the ordering speaker! The menu is after you pull up to the speaker and the person on the other end is asking for your oder and I have not seen the menu but only for a moment. Your lines would’ve quicker if there were two menu boards!.

Messed up everything on my order so I call after I get home n get told come back up all I need is my receipt, but they don't take my name so I go back up twice n keep getting a run around. They r always slow n only one time have I gotten my order right. But every time I try to get my order remade correctly they bullshit. Suggestion: check ur order before pulling away including toppings on sandwiches screw there drive thru time cuz u leave without getting what u order its too much of a hassle for the quality of food they put out
