Brenda was fantastic! The food here is great on its own but it is something special when the staff is just as great. You can’t go wrong with the catfish dinner or the fried chicken deals!

Their chicken tastes best when freshly made. Try to go when they're busy so you won't get ones sitting under the heat lamps. The chicken pieces are smaller than before, but I suppose it's that, or raise the price.
Great sandwiches and incredibly friendly staff. They are incredibly generous with the avocado on the Gonzo. Also a plus to support a black owned local business.
Independently owned shop serving absolutely delicious sandwiches. My favorite is the Gonzo with turkey, avocado, jack cheese and tomatoes. Everything tastes farm fresh. Soups, salads and chili are also served with vegetarian options. Comfortable table seating for eating in the shop.
