Pho Yum Vietnamese Noodle Soup - Albany - Photo album

I've eaten here a few times now and have enjoyed all those experiences. Most time I have ordered chicken spring rolls and then the pho soup with eye round beef. The broth was savory and rich. The sauces, (thai?) basil, sprouts, peppers, etc you can add all create a flavor that is delicious, un
This is the best and most authentic pho you can get within 100 miles of Albany. The quality of the food is unbelievable, the staff is incredibly kind and relaxed, and I have never had a single bad experience in all of the years I've been going to Pho Yum.
My favorite place to get pho! Easy access location. Clean interior. Friendly service. Broth is consistently flavorful and delicious every time I order. Love the spring rolls too. I also appreciate their recyclable containers and contactless order+pay option on tablets stationed at each dining table.
Best Pho my husband and I have had. They do it right here. Homemade and attentively done. Clear brother with velvety smooth fat, and not overpowering on the lemongrass or ginger like so many other places. Will definitely be back!
