Hi I did not take any photos this time. But It's been a while since getting out due to pandemic. I must say the food and service was great. This is one of restaurants in Albany that has made changes that I believe are for the better. I had a good experience dining with my family at Cheddars. Kee

I have been extremely pleased with Cheddars until today. I placed an order online for pickup and arrived 10 minutes early. I checked in and a nice employee came out and asked my name and said it would be out shortly. 30 minutes later I call the restaurant and am told my order will be out shortly.
This place is horrible! I waited 45 min. to be seated. They didn't have hamburger and I asked for peach tea and was served regular tea and this is what the lettuce looked like that they gave me.
We just left there, there was 6 t our table, our Waitress was very Sweet. But,. After a long wait, 4 of the 6 people received their food, the other 2 of us finally got our food about approximately 20 mins later, the first 4 had finished there meals, when I finally received my food it was cold,
