Although $50 is kind of expensive for lunch, the food here is excellent. The pasta is homemade and you can definitely tell. Excellent service as well. It does get a bit loud in there because of the acoustics of the restaurant. I look forward to going back and trying more delicious dishes.
Immaculate lil whole in the wall place wish the most amazing dishes!!!
I believe that this is my absolute new fave Italian spot in town. I will have to try them for dinner and let you know.
I will say, BEST LASAGNA in town. Hands down!
Service was tops! Worth every penny!!!
This was a nice surprise. We were a table of 7 on Valentine's day when the place was full. Our server was superb and taking care of us, even though he was busy with other patrons. I had lasagna, very tasty. Also enjoyed the bratta. They had live music. I'll be back
I came here about two months ago, so this review was long overdue. I came with my grandma on my lunch break not knowing that this was a sit down restaurant. I was under the impression it was something more along the lines of Panera bread. When we realized that we were getting ready to leave because we didn’t think we would have time. But the hostess and waitress was so nice, they directed us to the bar and served us there. We had full service just like regular customers. But it was sped up because of our time crunch. We both ordered some sort of stuffed pasta. It was really good. Service was quick and friendly. The atmosphere was wonderful; very bright and cheery. The prices are very appropriate. We were very happy. Thank you for being so kind to us!
This is place is by far one of the best if not the best true Italian restaurant I have ever ate at. Service and food was way past my expectations. This place not only met my desires but exceeded them!!!! Very Delicious!!!
I love this place. I come when I want to treat myself. The food is always good and the service is 1000.
For a relaxing Saturday afternoon lunch and conversation, try sitting in the bar area. Antipasto, Heirloom burrata salad with perfectly cooked shrimp, Duck confit and arugula salad with apricots, blue cheese and tasty seasonal vinaigrette made for a satisfying lunch for two. A nice glass of wine, olive bread and olive oil topped it off. And there is also Bosque Brewery on draught...a little something for everyone.
Most excellent! Wait staff was attentive and friendly but not overly invasive. Food was high quality and very tasty. Be careful of the wine recommendations as what we ended up getting was $15 per glass! But it was very good. Good thing it was our anniversary. 😁 Highly recommended!
We took Mom for Mother's Day after she had seen the TV show (Dinners, Dives and Drive-Ins). We were very impressed! Great food, a nice selection of different pasta. Extensive wine list and wonderful fresh bread. It was slow on a Saturday at noon, but the waiter said it's pretty busy at lunch during the week. Chef owned, not cheap, but you really get your money's worth.
The food is spectacular! We don't normally dine outside but it was beautiful and set up nicely. My daughter stayed occupied and happy and absolutely loved the spaghetti. If you're looking for some fun they even have a little game of corn hole out back! Above all the food is a must try!! The waitress we had wasn't good but overall the quality and experience ranked her slow and rude service.
-Seen the restaurant on Food network.
Where do I begin? The moment we walk in, we were greeted and escorted to table where the waiter gave us a very warm welcome. From there, we spent the next three hours absolutely enjoying the four course meal, as well as the company of the nicest, kindest server that we have ever had. The ambience was very homey but elegant. Our dinner was not a meal but an experience. It left an amazing impression that will bring us back.
What a delight! The sweet and savory butternut squash soup had a pumpkin flavor with a mild peppery aftertaste. Probably the most delicious soup I have ever had! Aly waited on us and was superb. Everyone ordered something different at our table and everyone was equally impressed. Ambiance was nice with plenty of parking too. I highly recommend this gem!!
What a spot! From start to finish the meal was impeccable.
Fantastic wine selection and a staff that knew what to recommend to pair with our courses. Ratatouille was nearly perfect and the beet salad with preserved lemons was delicious. Main courses were awesome - I had the gnocchi with Gorgonzola sauce and my wife had the squid ink pasta. Both done very nicely.
But what's up with the hours? 9 o'clock close on a Friday? I know you guys are stranded out in the north industrial area of town but c'mon - who even sits down to dinner on a Friday before 830?
Excellent, freshly made Italian fare! Squid ink black pasta is very unique! Price is appropriate for all fresh ingredients with no canned stuff. Good service and a casual atmosphere. Thought they might have gotten too big for their britches after being featured on the Food Channel but was very pleased after the third visit. Sausage dish was outstanding! Would recommend!
The original owners, featured on TV, have moved on but the new management seems to be doing fine. I felt the prices were in line, the service great, the servings generous and the food excellent! I had a seafood dish and my wife had brisket. We did go before the Saturday evening rush however.
