We waited a really, really long time for the server to come over to our table to order anything. It wasn’t busy at all. Then our food took a really, really long time to arrive, but it was worth the wait. The empanadas were delicious. The smashed plantain appetizer was delicious. I had the carne con arepa and it was good, but I’ve had better chimichurri sauce. My friend had the pollo a la plancha and he also thought it was good, not great. The empanadas, yucca fries, and plantains stole the show. I’ll go back just for those.

Authentic Colombian food like I've never had in the city ! I'm originally from Ecuador, and I've had my share of Colombian, Ecuadorian, and Peruvian food. I'd easily place Ajiaco on my top 3 Latin food restaurants in the US, and I've traveled all over the country! If you can, definitely try it out! Finally, did I mention they make all their dough for the arepas and empanadas in-house? All in all. Fantastic good, great atmosphere and the kindest staff. I will definitely be coming back

This restaurant is my to-go place whenever I crave for pork rinds or chicharron when I’m in New Mexico. They also have a good bandeja paisa. Service always was good and friendly. Food presentation was always appetizing, price was affordable but serving amount was a bit little but so far, it was a good dining experience.

Good food made fresh. I ordered a chicken & rice dish; coffee flan for dessert. My friend order chicharrón, it was amazing. Service was slow but my order was correct. I did not have to ask for anything other than my check & to-go box. Additionally, the restaurant is in the Nob Hill area which is considered to be pretty safe. Parking is tight along the street but I would definitely recommend this restaurant for Columbian cuisine.

I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. From the moment we walked in I was in love with the service and atmosphere. Our sever was friendly and helpful. The food was top notch. The fried cassava appetizer with chimichurri was my favorite item and quite possibly one of the best things I’ve ever eaten in my entire life. Chicken empanada was a close second. I am gluten free and dairy free and my server was able to recommend several items that would work for me. It seemed that almost the entire menu was gluten free. If you are a gluten free person passing through Albuquerque… or any person in or passing through Albuquerque, you must go here.

Food was amazing! Service was great, except it took a little while to get the check. Patio is beautiful.

EXCELLENT food: definitely get the soursop juice with milk. It's more like a fruity shake, or drinkable sorbet. Pairs perfectly with the spices of the rest of the dish. I got patacon con ropa vieja, which is brisket in a special sauce, with rice and beans. Absolutely incredible flavor meld and everything perfectly cooked. Fun music and great decor! Loved this place

The food was amazing. I was so happy. After recently visiting Colombia this really hit the spot. It even tasted better than a few of the tourists focused restaurants in Colombia. I'll keep returning often.

Amazing and genuinely authentic Columbian food. This is our office's favorite lunch spot. It can get busy so I'd recommend calling ahead for dine in or pick up. The arepa sandwich is not pictured but it's going to blow your mind. You can't leave this place without trying patacones or the sweet version, tajadas with rice and beans. The coffee flan is also amazing so go for double dessert and order the platano con queso too!

The empanadas are amazing. The arroz con pollo is amazing. Arepas are wonderful. Nothing was a miss. Authentic and fresh is still true here. Staff is friendly and efficient. It is small and a tight squeeze, but the cafe feel is still nice. We recommend it highly.

A special little place tucked behind nob hill. With new flavors and some of the best empanadas I have tried. The simple sides are some of my favorites, beans, potatoes, yuca fries and sweet plantains. I hope to try everything here eventually which I probably will since I love to show people this place. It's a nice change from the same ol same ol.

Another hidden gem in ABQ! It was my first time visiting this restaurant and I can see that I will come back to have more foods here. The decoration is simple and it looks so cozy. Staff is friendly and the foods are delicious. I had the juice and it was fresh. My friends and I love the chimichurri sauce - it has kicks and it goes well with everything! This is a true Colombian cuisine.

OMG Yum!!! we came here today on a whim. Food is excellent, beautifully plated. Got the arepa sandwich, and husband got the pollo a la plancha. I got the guanabana juice (with water not milk) and it was so refreshing. Service is wonderful, and the atmosphere is cozy and bright. Happy Salsa music playing makes you feel as you've escaped to the tropics, even briefly. Sooo coming back!!!
