Ordered the western 3-egg omelette and the biscuit and gravy with eggs. The home fries weren’t my favorite but the omelette was yummy :) the atmosphere was cozy and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive.
The sopapillas were super yummy. I got the ground beef enchiladas (stacked) with Christmas (red and green chile) on the side. I wanted chicken but they did not have it today. I was pleasantly surprised with how flavorful the ground beef enchiladas were.
You got it all, Loyola's! So happy I found you a couple of years ago. It took months for me to move past the steak and enchiladas with a pillowy-soft sopaipilla on the side -- they are so damn tasty.... If I like a place, I like to move through the menu very, very slowly so it is hard to comment muc

Nooooo! They're closed until July 12th! This is where Mike from Breaking Bad enjoyed eating. Everything looks exactly like the show! We had to stop in. I snapped a few photos and what do you know? Mike was parked out front enjoying breakfast ;-)

Best Chile Rellenos smothered in green chile, my kids love the breakfast. The staff makes you feel like at home. Always remember who you and your family are. Been going to Loyola's for 12 years, my twins love going to Loyola's and so do I!!!
