A very busy place, simple but good breakfast with really fresh fruits. However, dinner is not recommended because not only you may wait more than one hour for a seat, but food is just so so, my ribeye steak is only so so, and the $8 added shrimp is tasteless. The wine was good though
The Breakfast Chalupas with poached eggs, spinach, chorizo, green Chile hollandaise, hashbrowns, pico de gallo are so delicious. Lead cooks Virginia and Terrence are the best. They cook with so much passion. Natalie was my server and she was so friendly and she was very knowledgeable about the menu. #HyattRegencyAlbuquerque #VirginiaIsAmazing #TerrenceIsAwesome #NatalieIsGreat #ForqueKitchen. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Food was good, but a little bland. Hostess and servers were very nice and helpful. They where able to answer any questions about the menu and were willing to accommodate special request. The price seemed a little high for what I got,but was in line with what I expected from a restaurant inside a hotel.
Ok, I don't know what all those other people ate but let me tell you something... Go here for breakfast, resist the temptation of the buffet, and order the Chile relleno omelette. It was fantastic!! Also our service was very good.
I had a pleasant experience here at Forque. My chalupa was delicious. Service was good. No complaints. 👍
We stopped here at 10:30pm last night for a drink and a late night snack and were gladly surprised to find a very good food menu this late at night. The bartender was friendly and attentive and the food came promptly. I had the pork stew and my wife had the southwestern egg rolls. Both were tasty and filling. Definitely recommend it for a late night snack.
Came here for lunch and the food was amazing! But what made this meal so good was Michelle’s amazing customer service. She made my experience feel like a million dollar outstanding top notch service. Michelle’s attitude is contagious and she is the best at what she does. Definitely will be dining here again and everything she recommended was beyond amazing. If I could rate her and my experience more than 5 stars I would! Thank you Michelle!!!!
The food is great! I live in town and frequently go to that restaurant. It's a great date place! The rib eye is one of the best! With the blue cheese au gratin! Yum! Service was excellent as well. I never wanted a thing and the server anticipated even my temp for my steak. Brilliant.
Overall very good. The room is only ok...a bit sterile, but it was expected in this type of hotel restaurant...not intimate...but it was spacious. We had a nice window seat. The service was not amazing but for Albuquerque, it was fine...relaxed, not overbearing, and just attentive enough. I never found myself wondering where they were, and they were good about refilling water and checking on us. The bread that started the meal was good and arrived quickly. Our appetizers were tastier than expected. A c- in terms of presentation however. I had the chorizo mussels my date had the gouda and crème fraiche fondue. The fondue was a plain cup of sauce served in a basket with 4 non-descript pretzel bread rolls that were unceremoniously plopped next to the cup on a piece of brown paper. It would have been easy to cut and toast the rolls..it would have added to the presentation and added some much needed texture, but the sauce was very tasty and it wasn't enough to detract from the initial experience. The mussels were served in a traditional big bowl heaped with hearty goodness. They were served with several pieces of toasted roll for sopping up the juice...I ate it all...very good! For main course, I had the Salmon, my date had the pear salad. The Salmon was excellent! Perfectly cooked and very well presented. The pear salad was delicious. There was a bit too much of the toasted almond topping for our taste...it was out of balance texturally...but again, not enough to detract from the experience. Desert was perhaps the weakest link. We had the chocolate torte w white chocolate mousse. It was ok, but I'm willing to bet the torte was not made on site. It’s kind of hard to screw up lots of chocolate. The coffee was good (I'm bit of a coffee snob). I felt that the overall value was good. Our tab was just over 100 for two people with 3 glasses of wine...so not bad. I give them a 7 out of 10 overall which is saying a lot for Albuquerque "fine" dining. I would definitely recommend this place to others given the opportunity.
Didnt have terribly high expectations, it is after all, a hotel restaurant. But the Flat Iron Steak is one of the best steak dishes I have ever had(~$25?) The accompanying onion rings- SUPER. House wine, $7. SW fettucine Shrimp, pretty good. Caesar Salad a bit over priced at $7, but tasty. Service was simply outstanding. Chef came by table, hostess gave extensive advice on Balloon Fiesta, and other local events, everyone was just giving close attention to our dining experience..
This restaurant is in the Hyatt Regency Hotel, 1st floor. Ate here for dinner and breakfast. The senior olympics is in town (convention center and other sport venues around town) and this is the host hotel. The hotel is full and therefore there is a limited menu this week. Dinner menu on Thursday included buffet ($29) which includes pasta, carved turkey, salad bar, desserts, and a few other side dishes. I had penne pasta and it was about average. There are a few items on the regular menu, sandwiches, pizza and a couple of seafood dishes a little less than $29. Margaritas ($10). For breakfast, there a a couple of egg dishes on the regular menu and a buffet. The egg dishes plus coffee is about $16 not including tax and tip. Buffet is about $21 with tax but no tip. Buffet has eggs to order and just about any typical breakfast item. Includes coffee. Wasn't too busy on Thursday, June 13, but should get a lot busier through the following week.
Dined here whilst staying at the Hyatt. Dinner and breakfast were both very good and service was great too. Didn't wait long for food at all, would definitely recommend.

The food here is good. Aside to their menu they have a bar menu you can order off of. Which, this is actually what I prefer. Downside is that the service is a little slow and could he improved.
