Reasonably priced and very friendly place to have excellent breakfast and lunch. Servers are top notch and coffee is really good. But food in general is very generous and tasty.
An unexpected stop in Albuquerque last night resulted in a Gem of a Stop at Weck’s! Got Papa’s theme made me go with the “Sloppy!” Hash browns stacked high, gravy, sausage & bacon topped with two eggs! The green salsa was so good, my wife topped her egg white omelette with it! Highly recommend and have it saved when we are in town again. Thank you Barbara for such a warm welcome & outstanding service!
Food was good, big plates, service was fast, we got seated in the back room, a larger group got seated after us so it was close seating. Next time, I'll sit non backroom. Even after our meal, the manager asked how everything was. First time going, and I will be back for sure.
I had the eggs Benedict with the butter pecan coffee and it was worth every bit of waking up at 7 AM just to get it. The staff was very friendly. The place was clean. I’d highly recommend this Wecks!

Surprisingly clean place for ABQ and NM. I was expecting it to be kinda trashy, but it was nice. Food was good (not great, but good) and portions were good. The wait staff and my waitress was nice, friendly, and professional. My waitress Sara did a excellent job. Like tip over 20% excellent. This is ABQ and good wait staff and nice professional friendly people are rare. The only drawback for me was the hash browns weren’t too good.
Best breakfast so far. Their service is excellent too. It is super packed and I still got sat in 8 mins. Then ordered in 3. And 3 refills of coffee. Food came out in 5 mins. This place has a good system. The most moist carnitas too. I love the cleanliness here. And the decor of the fully belly is not only a fun design for the entrance but a true statement of how you leave. I had to get half my food to go.
Side of bacon honey coated was not crunchy and not soggy. It was perfect.
This place has amazing service! Fast friendly and over the top from Katie. She had my coffee topped off 3 times before I even needed to ask. As well as her other 5 tables she was waiting on. If you’re looking for a good breakfast place in ABQ I’d give this a shot.
The food was very good and filling. Ordered the Original papas with an English Muffin. These aren't your Thomas's English muffins, but they are awesome!! Never had papas before but I'll have it again.

Big portions at a good price. Never any problems at this location, with the exception of parking or maybe wait times. Food is fantastic and the servers are usually pretty good. Was impressed with the cooks improvising with our kid's special requests!!!
The food came out hot, fast, and delicious. Our waitress was friendly and got our order perfect. They got a 4 star because we walked in and no one looked our way. There were several people that walked pass us. Finally a cashier who could have said someone will be right with you came from behind the counter.
A wonderful experience from the time we walked in the door until we left. The Manager was very good and his positive attitude reflected back to us from the attitudes of the host and waitstaff. The food was properly cooked and presented. Large portions and exceptional flavor. I highly recommend the Wecks on Juan Tabo. I shall return!
It was great! The food was delicious and our waitress was wonderful! Decent prices! The parking lot was big enough to park our RV in.
Our go to place for breakfast. Wonderful food and service. Friendly family environment. Had the breakfast burrito smothered in red and green chili, best in town!!! My wife had chicken fried steak breakfast, she loved it!!! Highly recommend.
Every time I come to Albuquerque to visit my brother we come to Weck’s. It is always delicious. Toni is an amazing waitress. She is always courageous and friendly.
Loved this place!! The staff was super friendly since when we entered the restaurant. It was a short wait maybe 5 minutes until we got a table. Lorenzo, our waiter, was super nice and helped us choose what to get and especially what size to get because most of the dishes are huge!!! I ordered Papas Carnitas and my husband ordered chicken enchilada and both were just wonderful!! We couldn't stop repeating to ourselves how good the food was!! We totally recommend this place!! The best restaurant we ate during a one week road trip through Texas, Arizona and New Mexico for sure!!!
Food is good, and restaurant is clean. I love the fact that they open early for breakfast! This is my second year to eat here and will do so on return trips.
Great location. Staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. The manager stopped by our table after we received our order to check that everything we ordered was correct and that there were no issues. Large menu of great options, we’ll be back to try more of them soon.
Great breakfast spot, good portions. Coffee is hot and good, friendly staff and very reasonable wait during busy times. Been to a few locations when visiting ABQ and never had a bad experience. Always packed.
In visiting from out of town. Great “new” location (last visit was at the old). Great service (we’re not easy customers). Quiet back room. Great food! NM food if you want it and “plain?” breakfast available too (if you’re not into NM fare). The thing we like about Weck’s is, you really get what you ordered, even if it’s not exactly on the menu.
