The staff was so attentive and sweet! I love the environment. It was nice to look at all the Veteran photos on the wall while waiting for breakfast. Oh and the biscuits with the strawberry were to die for!!

A great new restaurant in SE Albuquerque, close to the base and the VA hospital. That appears to be no accident, because Stripes is a very vet- friendly business. And their food is delicious! On top of that, the atmosphere is comfortable and, most importantly, the service is top notch! This place is a winner!

I had taken a group of guests here on Tuesday, and luckily they were a great group of enlisted and officers from the Navy. Not only did the staff do a great job hosting them, but your biscuits were amazing. Light, fluffy, and just tastes amazing. Great job.

Eeeekkkkkk. The biscuits are my new weakness. Absolutely delicious. The omelettes are made with REAL eggs not those liquid eggs. We will definitely be back. Our server was so sweet too.

Great service and a high quality meal. Stripes is a local favorite of my office. We love that they support the military and veteran community. I always get the Coach B and it’s big enough to give me breakfast for most of the week 😸

Excellent experience all around. Food was unique and interesting, yet homey and familiar. I had the Foxtrot and the chopped green chile was perfectly hot and fresh. Decor is very fitting for its location by the base and VA. Great addition to the neighborhood!

After hiking, my friend and I were looking for a good brunch place. Since I had not been to this eatery, we decided to come. I must say we made the right decision. As the name of the restaurant suggests, they specialize in biscuits! The menu is extensive covering from breakfast to soup and salad to waffles. We walked in, was greeted, and seated promptly. They brew piñon coffee here as their house coffee. If you are from out of town, I suggest you order the coffee, it's pretty unique to New Mexico. Because it was my first time coming to this place, I needed some suggestions. Looking at other tables, the portion is HUGH! It's not an exaggeration; it's the truth. Nakia was our service and she was fantastic. She took our orders, took care of drinks, and refilled them. Her suggestions for us to order were great. I ordered Coach B which basically came with a biscuit, bacon, fried chicken, and egg to your liking. I went with the smothered route because it's the only way to go for biscuit. My friend ordered the egg Benedict plate. It seems like these two plates are popular because I saw other two tables also ordered these two plates -- coach B and the egg Benedict. At the end of our meal, she also asked whether we would like our drinks in the to-go cups! That's a service I really appreciated.

Had chicken and waffles and it was amazing! Chicken cooked perfectly, breading was nice and crisp and not too greasy. The honey butter and strawberry jam is mouthwatering. Would highly recommend getting a side biscuit if you don't get one as your main dish, the mushroom gravy is delicious. Service was also awesome!

Surrounded by pictures of heroes who dedicated themselves to the defense of our country Stripes Biscuit Co. offers fantastic breakfast choices. My father and I enjoyed a wonderful experience. He had their Alpha biscuit sandwich and I had the Kirtland omelet. Both meals came with a side biscuit and their homemade strawberry jelly. This however was insufficient and both my dad decided Independently that we both needed and additional biscuit. Definitely worth a visit.

We stopped by Stripes Biscut Co. after our Grandaughter's football game(cheerleader) and were pleasantly surprised. The food is amazing and the staff is extremely nice. The biscuits are heavenly! I love the fact that they are Pro Military and support the VA. We tried the Green Chile Cheddar Shredded Pork Biscuit and the Buttermilk Fried Chicken & Gravey Biscuit....DELICIOUS! This place is a "must try" if you are looking for a great place to eat!

Delicious food and wonderful service. It is quite far from where I live, but I still manage to get in every once and a while. They also offer a military discount for those of you that are serving/served.

Service was excellent and everyone was really friendly! We went for lunch and got served very quickly. I got the catfish biscuit sandwich and it was certainly good enough but not as exciting as I wanted it to be. On the other hand, my lunch date (in her infinite wisdom) chose the chicken and waffles. Let me tell you, that was a legit and delicious choice! I look forward to going back and exploring the menu.

Yummy! Super fast service and large portions. Very fluffy, yunmy biscuits! I had the Echo. Corned beef hash, scrambled eggs, papas, and added sausage gravy. Came with a biscuit and jam. I had leftovers to bring home!

You better come hungry! Stripes is an awesome breakfast stop. I wish they were open early so I could enjoy their cooking more often. Chicken and waffles is a great choice. The biscuits are to die for. The portions are super generous and good bang for your buck. And they support such a good cause!

Good food and friendly personnel. A little on the expensive side, but the portions are large. The menu items are simple and the coffee is good to boot. If you are in the area, check this place out.

First time here and I was impressed. Staff was pleasant and service was faster than I expected on a busy Sunday morning. Restaurant is small-ish, but clean and well maintained. Had the Kirtland Omelette and loved it. The green chile was not too hot, but I still liked it. My mom really liked the red chile, and she usually only likes her own chile. Of course, the biscuits were amazing. Definitely going to go back and try other things.
