We are regulars at Scarpa's and have never had a bad meal. Though the pizzas are wonderful, my favorites are the pastas. Try the red chile cream pasta!
Always delicious, always fresh, always great service. My new favorite pizza is the cheesy bacon. Their torta di mele is my favorite dessert.
Nice place, good wine and excellent salads! The service was excellent and I'm sorry but I don't remember the young bartenders name(Tyler?)but he did a great job.

We arrived for a late lunch and were seated very quickly. The restaurant had a great atmosphere and was very clean. Our server arrived and got our drinks ordered quickly. We didn't have to wait long for our drinks and to place our order. We ordered 2 kids pizzas (1 cheese and 1 pepperoni), a BLT pizza and a Pizza Primavera. The wait time was very minimal and everything came out fresh to order. Every bite was delicious and we had plenty left over to save for later. Excellent service and food!!
My wife and I found this little hole in the wall place in Abq. We decided to try it since we were in town. We had the most amazing lunch ever. We are always taking daily road trips sometimes for no reason just to get out of the house. From now on if we want a good salad, pasta or pizza we won’t think twice driving from Santa Fe.
And a shout out to our waitress, Aidee, you’re the best! We ordered the Ensalada di Pollo salad to share and it was more than enough for the two of us. Next we ordered the penne and vodka pasta with bacon and sausage. We share that as well and it was so delicious. We were stuffed and never order dessert anywhere but our waitress, Aidee was insisting that we not miss out on the Torta Mele-Java. She was spot in! We are now on a food coma driving back to Santa Fe and raving about this restaurant. It was off the chain. Don’t miss this one!
Great experience! The server took our drink and food order quickly. The Ensalada de Pollo was as delicious as usual. I love that they use high-quality romaine lettuce, not iceberg. We had planned on ordering dessert, but dinner was quite satisfying on its own.
The food and service were great. I absolutely loved the pizza. Never thought that celery would be good on a pizza.
A great spot for a quick lunch or dinner with some great food that is not expensive. We enjoy sharing a full house salad with grilled chicken, excellent balsamic vinaigrette dressing, for two of us for $15! They have great pizzas and unique pasta dishes - large portions. Definitely worth a visit!
I ordered a gluten free crust "Wild Mushroom" pizza (added the bacon at no extra cost). The hot truffle oil and bacon really made it yummy ...it was exceedingly delicious! The first time I ever ate a pizza without red sauce. The waiter paid good attention to our table, was able to easily understand us and get our orders correct despite the background conversations around us. Atmosphere was upbeat and modern. Lastly we arrived before just before 5 on a Friday with no wait time to get a table. Everyone who came after us had at least a 15 wait time.
My husband and I decided to get a salad and pizza for lunch. What a jackpot!! Scarpas did not disappoint! The house salad was flavorful with a homemade balsamic dressing and the Thai Chicken pizza was absolutely delicious! Our server, Beth, was outstanding! Great food and service.
It was very busy and a 20ish minute wait so make reservations if you can.
The spicy spinach salad was great! Really loved it. I also had the New Orleans linguini... It was very tasty but could have used a little bit more pasta.
The server, Jesse, was very nice and attentive and it was everything I could have wanted for a nice night out!
Scarpas is exactly as I remember it! Their red Chile cream pasta is absolutely fantastic and I recommend it to everybody. Go there and have some awesome pizza and some pasta and salads and it's delicious place to eat

Husband and I were in ABQ for the Balloon Fiesta, and loved thus restaurant so much we went back twice. First hubby & I had individual pizzas and salad. This Jersey girl was in 7th Heaven - a thin crust, not too much sauce, just perfect. Salad was huge - hubby & I shared a large and we had more than enough. Our waitress, Sydney, was PHENOMENAL! Just the right combo of professionalism, efficiency, and (appropriate) "sassy" that kept us fed and laughing. Not staying far from Scarpas, & not wanting another fas food or chain restaurant experience, we decided to go back. This time, we had pasta dishes - again, large portions and great taste. Recommended: leave room for the ice cream finale - large enpugh to share. Even better - we lucked out & had Sydney again as our server! Having come from a family that owned a very successful Italian restaurant for many years, I can assure you that quality of service is just as important as the quality of the food. In conversation, we learned that the staff has been there for years, & you can see it is a great team focused on customer service. Atmosphere is casual, wine list is good. Stop reading & go! Now!
I love this place! We've been coming here for years. The 'Hot Bacon and Bleu Salad' is fantastic! The dressing is phenomenal and, the 'Pasta Aragosta' is outstanding!
5 Stars. What more can I say. Scarpas constantly delivers high quality food, excellent service, and a great atmosphere. Sad that the other location is no more, but we drive 2 times as far to come here. And it's always with the drive. Thanks for being awesome. Our server Beth always treats us like family, and works extremely hard! We'll be back. A+. Great! Awesome! Tasty! Don't change a thing. :-)
Have always been a fan of this place and their great menu. Today was a little bothered that the waiter didn't care that my grandson's pizza had a hair baked into the cheese.. but everything else was great.
My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in the comfortable atmosphere and the food was fantastic! The best I’ve had in awhile while eating out. The red chile cream pasta w/ chicken was sooo good and the dessert is amazing. We even paid it forward to a couple we knew there and it was definitely a special night.
This is our family favorite. The chef creates a custom pizza just for me, and the staff is quick, friendly, and efficient. We love their food. The restaurant can get very noisy during busy times, so you have to shout. But we love this place!
