So My fiancé and I when out to eat at Red Robin's because we got a gift card from His grandma for Christmas, we got there it was busy it was a wonderful date night talking while waiting for our order. When we got our food I had hair in my sandwich. And this is where it gets good the staff was awesome and so was the manager they fixed our order so fast it was amazing this is a wonderful place to eat and everyone was so friendly, if you ever wanna eat a a Red Robin's the one by century rio 24 is definitely the place to go. The service was great and the food was good
Due to the fact it was my birthday and Red Robin offers the birthday burger and Happy Hour we decided to have some early dinner here. It was nothing short of perfection. Greeted with a smile and sat right away I ordered the happy hour margaritas, and they have many flavors I had strawberry and another flavor I now forget lol. I ordered the newest burger they have the Burnt ends burger it was delicious, and I would highly recommend. My refills were brought in a timely manner and frequent. Our waitress was great, and the food was fresh and great. There is plenty of parking and it is close to a lot it was walking distance from our hotel. I would 100% recommend this location. Service has overall been good here. There are good days where the server is awesome, friendly and observant, and other days where they hardly come by to check on us, not as approachable, or they forget things often.
Once in a while the food is missing something or wrong but it's not that often and usually the service is really good about accommodating for that.
All in all, definitely recommend it here and really enjoy the food.
Too bad they got rid of some favorite burgers!
Ordered the arctic cod fish sandwich and teriyaki chicken sandwich, both with steak fries. The arctic cod sandwich was under seasoned, but there’s seasoning salt on the table that helped a bit. The campfire dipping sauce and the freckled lemonade was delicious, highly recommend. Environment at this specific Red Robin is especially interesting and fun as well!
Service was outstanding. The hamburgers were cooked perfectly which is to be expected. The onion rings and dipping sauce were amazing. Steak fries never dissappoint. Overall a good experience.
Was with a large group that stopped in for dinner before going to catch a movie. Great service, quick food, and didn't feel rushed. Good portions for the price. Love the gluten-free options. I know it's a chain, but a good choice for the area by the movie theater.
We live close to the Red Robin in Winrock, but won't eat there because the service was not good and the food was often subpar. However, the Office location is wonderful. Service and food is always excellent. The wait staff and management are attentive and friendly.
Wow!! If you're looking for the PERFECT place for a team lunch, this is the place. We had around 40 people, showed up an hour before our reservation (oops) still got seated immediately. Service was fantastic. Brianna and Myra were on top of it. The kitchen staff was spot on as well. Food came out correctly and super fast. Managers David and Paul were great. We'll be back again for sure!
Loved it food was delicious and the server and manager were attentive. I got the pizza for my son, red burger for my youngest son, the grilled dips for my daughter. I ordered the scorpion which was delicious with my fish on the side. The drinks were on point. Kinda pricey but it was worth it.
Loved this Red Robins. Very clean, staff was so attentive, I swear they were reading our minds. Never had to ask for refills for drinks or fries. Been a while since I have seen such customer service. Food was great as always, definitely will be back.
