Very nicely built with NM adjacent food, and some classic options. Food was well presented. The chicken in the stuffed sopapilla was dry and almost flavorless, but the chili was good.

You have to go here for breakfast just to try the Pueblo breakfast sandwich! It has just enough chili to get your attention but not knock you out. Beautiful restaurant wonderful old pictures of old Sandia Pueblo.

Very nice, I had the New York Steak and 2 cheese enchiladas. Steak was cooked to my liking and smothered in green chili. Had pinto beans and papas as sides. Chili was great, not too hot but still tasty. Service was good also. Overall I thought I had a great meal for about $40 including drink and tip

We ate dinners and lunch too at the Council Room Restaurant. Dinner was busy though our server delivered great service way above and beyond. Lunch was slower for some reason.

Rhe food is really good and the service is exceptional. Spicy chicken burrito is delicious and the council burger was perfect.
