My boyfriend and I are currently fighting a cold and food just seemed so unappetizing but we both came to conclusion that we had to eat and pho seemed to be the best option. This was our first time here and we absolutely loved it. Our waitress taking care of us was on top of everything and had asked what brought us in this evening. After telling her about us fighting what seemed like the plague she was kind enough to give both my boyfriend and I some ginger tea before we left. Our experience here was great and we will definitely be regulars at this place.
Great food, this helped my wife in her recovery from a bad sinus infection. She said this was the best Pho she had ever had. The Bahn No sandwich I had was outstanding. The staff was friendly and nice. Wonderful experience and highly impressed. I would recommend to a friend.
Excellent service, great food! A worthy addition to the Albuquerque food scene. A hidden gem on Coors.
The shrimp spring rolls are delicious and huge-very good value. The Banh Mi sandwiches too. They don’t skimp on fillings. Highly recommend!!
Since posting this, my husband and I have been back twice. The Pho broth is perfection!!
Thank you Anna and Leo for offering beautiful, healthy, and super tasty Banh Mi and Pho close to home, finally!! Westsiders, you need to try this place. I had the homemade Vietnamese pork meatball Banh Mi today-and opted for it lettuce wrap style instead of their baguette. DE-LISH!! Friendly, accommodating owners with a darling cafe sure is nice too.
Great Banh Mi sandwiches! The #3 meatball is amazing~
It's awesome to have a place like this on the west side
Amazing serving size and extremely authentic menu. If you are new to banh mi sandwiches, just come in and order #1. Don't ask what's in it... just eat it and never look at a sandwich the same way again!. Delicious!

Chicken pho was the best I've ever tasted! Spring rolls and Thai ice tea were so good. I want to eat here every day!
Love this little place! Great food and even better people!
Food the delicious and the service was great. Pho broth was very rich flavorful great place to eat Vietnamese food on the Westside
Oh, my gosh! Was craving some pho, but didn't want to drive across town to get it. Decided to call in an order on a whim, and am so glad I did. This food is amazing. Had never been here before, but will definitely be back!
I enjoyed a wonderful dinner of fresh, healthy, tasty food. Had the pleasure of meeting gracious owners Anna and Leo. Anxious to return to Leona Banh Mi!
Amazing. Order the number 1, traditional, fresh, full of sweet veggies. Enjoyed the green tea.
Amazing food and great service!!! Definitely will be back!!!
Food was fanatastic and the service was tremendous can’t wait to go back!!!
Excellent! Fresh, very tasty and large portions. Will eat here often
I got the Korean BBQ banh mi. It was good. The raspberry ice tea is great. I want to return and try the Lemongrass tofu banh mi.
Pho is good, could use a tad more seasoning in the broth. They added cinnamon, which didn't help.
Small place and good decorations. Food came out at a reasonable time.
No issues with parking. Was not busy during lunch time. Bathrooms were clean, but smelled bad.
You guys out did yourself.
You guys prepared my food perfectly as I asked that I receive it to be reheated the next day.
See Photos on how awesome it was packed it for me.
I ordered the Vermicelli Salad 33. Korean Marinated Beef and the 12" 10. Bánh Mì Thịt Nướng
Vietnamese style BBQ pork!
I reheated this the next day and it was absolutely fabulous. Both of us have not enjoyed a meal so much in ages.
The salad was so refreshing and light and full of amazing flavor. I had the fish sauce option (as opposed to Soy sauce).
The Banh Mi (also with the fish sauce option) made my mouth, belly and heart so happy!
Even though I reheated this 24 hours later, it was so fresh and delicious that I will be ordering again soon.
Thank you so much, I highly recommend and thank you so much for this one time special accomodation.
Go for the banh mi or pho. The banh mi are phenomenal. This time we ordered chicken pho and the Vietnamese grilled chicken rice dish (to-go). The chicken pho is comforting and flavorful. The portion is also quite large. The rice dish was alright. The delicious grilled chicken saved an otherwise semi-bland dish. However, all of the veggies included were fresh and crisp. Our order was ready quickly on a Friday night. The staff were friendly, and the price was reasonable. Overall, this little local restaurant is good and worth trying out.
This place is my favorite! I love their Pho and Pork Bao. Their thai tea boba is great too! The food is just amazing. Unfortunately haven’t tried the bahn mi yet but my family says it was great. I look forward to trying it next time we go though!
Edit: Finally tried the Bahn Mi and it was delicious! Unfortunately they were out of the Vietnamese pork meatball (Xíu Mại) so I got the Vegan Sweet and Sour one at the recommendation of the server and it was so good. If you add the sauce it comes with it isn’t dry at all. I look forward to trying the Xíu Mại next time!
Great find in the west. Most of the Vietnamese restaurants I go to are in the east side of town. It is nice to have an alternative close by, given that gas prices are rising.
We ordered: shrimp and pork spring rolls, lemongrass banh mi, and marinated beef bulgogi.
Shrimp and pork spring rolls is good. The peanut sauce is too thick to dip the roll; you will need a spoon. Banh mi’s bread is really good, crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside. You can really see the lemongrass. I would like to have a little bit more meat to match the huge bread and as far as flavor, there’s not much. It is accompanied with a sauce and it is a must to use. Taste better with, bland without. As for the marinated beef, it is quite the opposite, the sauce with it doesn’t pair well. Same thing though, too little meat for the amount of rice with.
Prices are higher than other Vietnamese places which may be because of lack of competition un the area. However, the amount of meat in our orders does not justify that price. They do offer a 10% discount to military, healthcare, firemen, and police.
Dine in: no one was dining in when we came in. The food came in exactly 15 minutes from the time we ordered. I was expecting the spring rolls sooner as an appetizer but it came the same time as the rest of our order.
I think to-go ordering is better as a lot of people came in to pick up orders.
Giving them 4 stars instead of 3 as I do plan to come back as this location is convenient - no need to cross the river. I will try their other offerings then. Also, they have a sign in sheet for a 10-week Vegan challenge which tells me this is a great vegetarian/vegan restaurant.
Great-tasting broth, very clean flavor, with just the right spice blend.
I'm not a vegetarian but I love their vegan bao more than the pork. Just so fresh and savory! Pork bao is good too.
If you're feeling me the weather, or just want to warm up, try their ginger tea.
Fantastic! Vegan Sweet and sour banh mi was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. The seitan had a crispy texture and the sauce was very well balanced. The bread also was surprisingly good. I also got a bao which I didn’t enjoy as much. Still tasty but it was sort of dry. Random side note the ice is some of the best ice.
Update- I went back and I think I like this place even more.
Hot coffee was served in styrofoam cup with straw 🥤🧐! The sandwiches, coffees tasted amazing. We came here after many recommendations by family and
Coworkers. Our second time trying Vietnamese food! We will definitely be back. Hopefully next time hot coffee will be served in coffee cup.
Fresh, delicious, punchy flavors, perfectly done egg rolls. Yes please.
Friendly and quick, well packaged for takeout. We will be back.
BEST Smoothies In TOWN!!! Spring Rolls with Tofu are Great! I love that it's a very Vegan Friendly Restaurant.
A nice place to sit and eat. Food was fresh and hot, and the spring rolls yummy. I had the shrimp spring rolls and the rare beef pho. 😍
It’s a cute little diner in a strip mall. The sandwiches were fresh, tasty, and with the right amount of spice. We ordered the 12” sandwiches which were both great. They came wrapped in two 6” segments, so we opted to have the other halves for breakfast mañana.
Hands down the best banh mi in town. No one else is close. Banh mi is all about the quality of the bread. They also make homemade tofu, which, if you have never had fresh tofu, you need to try. On top of this, they also have the best bubble tea I've had outside of Maryland and California. Really stellar sandwich shop!
Hidden gem! The #9 and #10(w jalapeños) was great! Thai coffee is yummy fuel.
Ordered to go, chicken and beef Bann Mi and shrimp spring roll. All were so good, lots of flavor, brother tried chicken, liked it. Will definitely order these again.
My friend and I were looking for a good place for an early dinner and decided to try something new and local and boy this place did not disappoint! They have such a wonder Selection of bahn mi sandwiches, spring rolls, pho, salads and milk tea, tea and coffees and drinks! We were blown away at how delicious the food was. We ordered the #1, the #15, the bao bun, the vegan pork spring rolls, the avocado smoothie, and the taro milk tea all of that for only $45 and we were STUFFED. The owner is so polite and brought our food and drink right away, they have such a vast selection of vegan options that are out of this work and all of their milk teas have alternative Milks to choose from like almond, coconut or soy milk! We will be going to this place regularly now! So so good! I’m glad we tried this yummy hole in the wall restaurant!
