What a hidden little gem! Our new favorite place in ABQ, don't miss it! The charcuterie plate was the perfect starter with the extensive wine list. Then we went all in with the fried chicken, pickled greens beans and biscuits with homemade jam. This was perfection! Great style, amazing service. Next time we have to try the chocolate cake, it looked fabulous.
I love the decor and style. The owners must be so chill. The food here is fantastic - we weren't planning on eating here, but this was a great experience for our stop through town. The customer service here was great, and we felt taken care of. And another surprise, we came during happy hour and got some free desserts!
Came here on the 2nd day of their soft opening where everything on the menu was on the house (except for alcohol). The inside was so cute and quaint and the decor had a mix between farmhouse/spanish vibes. Our host was extremely friendly, kind and welcoming and seated our party right away. The menu had a variety of wine and food selections (small plates and comfort food options as well). I opted for the sangria, salad, salad and steak frîtes with au jus (which was so tender and flavorful), my mom ordered the pieces of fried chicken with a side of mashed potatoes. She could not stop eating the mashed potatoes, she said they were delicious and not salty at all. We also ordered the homemade lemon tarte for dessert which was delicious. I have found another gem of restaurant and can't wait to come back.
This is a small venue and hard to find. They have tables and booths for 2. We enjoyed our farm meat and cheese board. My husband fried chicken, slaw and mashed, I steak frites. Have to say a I have never had this before and not sure my cup of tea. They also have a bar to sit at.
A new favorite for Saturday lunch and wine. Solid food and wine list.....the variety of soups is amazing. Wine list has great variety and mainly European centered....happy hour Rosè cannot be beat. Cree is a great server/bartender and the relaxed atmosphere really makes this a great place to relax.
Amazing place. They change their menu every couple of months, making you want to come back to try everything each time. Very extensive wine list with very knowledgeable employees. Service is on point and the food are very fresh, appealing and delicious. I'm new to town and if this the introduction to Albuquerque's food scene, we are in for a treat. Try this place and you will not be dissappointed.
Had the most incredible chocolate cake and red wine pairing at this lovely diner counter. And probably the best grilled cheese sandwich I’ve been able to find in ABQ. Can’t wait to go back and try some of the other soups on the menu! Love the family recipes framed on the walls, such a fun touch to the decor!
Quaint atmosphere, fresh, delicious food, and great wine. We happened upon this spot while searching for some sustenance and sanity resulting from a flight cancellation. We discovered the greatest little gem, The Feel Good. Host and server, Rebekah, was a soothsayer, delivering much-needed wine pairings with our extraordinary meals. I have the Niçoise, my niece had the arugula with prosciutto tossed salad, both with bread. We finished it off with the lemon tart, which, at the risk of sounding hyperbolic, was amazing. If I lived in here, it would be my haunt. Try the ginger beer- you will come away changed.
I really enjoyed this bar’s warm hospitality. Though I was awfully disappointed in their not having NM wines, I enjoyed the one sparkling rose from the state. The happy hour offerings are generous (3-6pm: half off glasses of white and sparkling wines) and the kitchen provides small bites complimentary. The staff is friendly. From my seat, I had a lovely view of the well-designed space and of the outside world. I could tell that a lot of thought was placed in the curation and execution of the menu and experience.
Small place, small menu, and somewhat small portions, but the food is very good. The grilled cheese with tomato basil soup and the Ethiopian stew are worth the visit. While the portions are a little small, the food does fill you up. Expect to be there for a while - it takes some time for the food to come to the table.
The food was wonderful. I had the chicken paillard, which for some reason does not appear on the on-line menu of their site. I recall it was tasty, fresh arugula, pine nuts, cherry tomatoes and an interesting finely grated cheese. The presentation matched the flavor of the dish: Wonderful.
My lady had the hummus platter and enjoyed it thoroughly. I tried some hummus; very tasty.
I wanted unsweetened ice tea, which they made for me from scratch. My compatriots seemed to enjoy their wine selections very much.
The policy of the restaurant is "no tipping" but we tipped anyway.
The seating seemed a big cramped, though, I felt like I was in the way of those passing thru other parts of the restaurant. Thus why for me this wasn't a full-throated 5-star review.
Very good spot. Interesting cocktail menu considering they only serve wine, & I really enjoyed it. Only issue was the excellent bartender/server having to work alone. It slowed things down but he was excellent at his job and knew how to address it.
The food is great! The music was cutting in and out during our whole meal, it was very annoying. The bar could use some help. It’s a wine bar which I typically love but the bartender and serve were off of their understanding of the wines and wine based cocktails.
Went into this lovely establishment on a cold rainy day. My friend and I were greeted warmly by the gal behind the bar. The interior of this place is so pretty. The bar is gorgeous. We both had their grilled cheese with a potato salad and cup of tomato bisque, which was excellent! Their wine selection is vast and they are more than happy to give you a taster of any wine you're curious about. Service, food/drink, and ambiance were great. Thanks for the awesome experience!
i absolutely love this little spot! I love that it’s small & intimate. Soups are amazing! Wine is great. I’m just still bummed it has been closed for months!!
Adorable place with a few tables and bar seating. Had the grilled cheese and tomato soup and it hit the spot. Also had a side arugula salad that was perfectly dressed and seasoned. Hubs had the chicken sandwich - chicken was tender and tasty.
This intimate place manages to be both casual and fancy at the same time, and in all the right ways. Nice table and place settings give a cozy welcome. Menu selections (I went for dinner) are creative and varied, not too overwhelming. I had french onion soup and an arugula salad. Beautifully served and tasted great. Cost= little under $15. I will definitely return!
