I was ready to get really upset when i found a hair in my food, but the management dealt with the issue with the utmost respect. It happens sometimes, hair in the food, as unpleasant as it is, it happens. We are all human. But the reason so many people fail is because they don't deal with customers the correct way. The manager not only gave me my money back, but re made my order with out having a bad attitude or anything. Usually is stay away after finding a hair, but because they addressed the situation so professionally and respectfully i will decide come back. Good job management

The breakfast burritos are made to order. Really fresh, great food. I have never eaten here before and was blown away with how good the food is! The interior of the restaurant was clean but really plain. Apparently, that outside appearance is why I have never eaten there. I stopped there by a strong recommendation from a friend.

Excellent food in a handy location. Thanks so much to the young lady that took great care of us on our visit a few weeks back! It was so nice to get yummy food, and see a friendly face. We headed here, as always, as soon as we got off the plane. It's that good.

Well my experience my differ from yours and maybe I have a soft spot in my heart for this Lotaburger but it’s amazing. Every time I’m in New Mexico I will stop here to get my fix. My suggestion is call your order in before heading in. They make everything from scratch and depending on how busy it is you may have to wait 15-20 minutes. Totally worth it in my opinion but hey I don’t mind waiting for good food.

This place is good :) things have been changing for the morning crew especially I think that night crew needs to work on not skimping out the fries and work on not saying inapropriate things but other than that great food great service I've noticed things are way more clean lately especially with the management team has changed for the better :) way to go Blake's! Keep striving for a better change I'm deffinately coming back :)

Great customer service the food was perfect nice and hot. The manager Angel was working the register and I was greeted with a smile. Didn't have too wait long for my order. The while staff wad really friendly

Good customer service and great food, very slow service. I was going to give it a 2 star review although halfway through my wait, an employee (alex) started his shift, as soon as he started working it seemed like the whole operation in the back with everyone changed, everyone was more upbeat customers started to get quicker service and food got out sooner. Thanks to one good employee my first impression changed from very unstatisfied to, very impressed in the matter of minutes.

Credit card machine was down. I thought they were gonna tell me to walk. Manager paid for my meal out of his own pocket. Told me he’d rather I walk away happy than hungry. Business seems to care about customers.

Their is a new district manager that is trying to make positive changes to this store. I had a bad experience with two young female employees. I reported them and Dawn called me to make things right. I appreciate that.

Update on constant busy phone line: found out they are having phone issues (understandable since we both have the same carrier so I can relate 😤). The store manager is very helpful, informative, and professional so I was impressed by his effort trying to make things right!
