Ordered breakfast to go, sandwiches were great. I think the customers made the long line and delay, at the drive thru,.... Had nothing to do with the MacDonald's employees. First place I've seen where I blame the customers and not the employees for the delay.

Decent dining area. Hot coffee. People were typical McDonald’s people with barely enough customer service to take. The bar is low. The facilities are clean and expecting less but getting a hair more is always a nice result. Don’t overdeliver too much and they will expect it every time. The main purpose of this post is that when I when to get a sausage buscuit, I noticed it was 1.89, and the sausage with CHEESE was 1.69. I am a business owner in the North Texas area and though I would be kind and advise the manager of this error. He was not appreciative. He basically walked away. If I ever treated my clients like this I would immediately be caned to the streets.

Always have a great experience here... never cold food or dried up buns... courteous employees at the drive thru..dont eat in ..too many houseless people loitering about..never the less still our favorite

Staff in the late late night which they come in at 10 has that energy of not wanted to be there which o can get but you work in a fast food industry where your dealing with customers thru your shift. Your smile goes along way try to put one on. Staff tho thought out the rest of the day is great, even security is super nice.

The inside was closing early a little after 9pm due to staffing shortage just as my family pulled up after trying 3 other places that also had closed inside. McDonald's employees let my family inside to go to the restroom and order the food inside to go. That was very nice of them.

Food was hot and fully cooked. Service was kind and helpful. The one issue was that the hot fudge Sunday, all the hot fudge was just put on top. They should go back to how they use to make them hot fudge on the bottom and the top. Spread out the hot fudge and add just a little bit more and the hot fudge Sunday would be perfect!

I bought my house in this area 3 years ago, and every time we come to this location they get our order wrong. One manager in particular who should not be working there much less in a mangment position.
I usually try to drive 10-15 min out of my way to go to another McDonalds yo avoid this location and only go to this location as a last option after my last visit I will definitely will not be going there at all I would rather go to another fast food place than here. Everyone was getting their food delivered to their table and the manager that we always have issues with who was delivering the food to the tables saw it was our order Han another employee just call out our number. Now we don’t mind getting up to get our own food but you should be professional and treat everyone equally

This McDonalds is a shitty place they r not professional at all I went in the drive thru knowing I had money to feed my family n this girl in drive thru took my debit card and charged me twice I even showed the manager and he said it was my bank that messed up but on my bank says they charged me twice for my meal I had my proof and then he tells me that it will take 2 days for my money to get back in my account but they r not gonna give me my full amount that was charged the first time so now due to this my family didn't get dinner and I have no money they tool it all from me then wanted to tell me I'm wrong the girl in the drive thru didn't seem like she knew what she was doing avoid this McDonalds service is horrible

Came in on 2/14/17. It was slower than usual. Place was dirty and the employees and the manager were all standing around drinking and eating. When I ordered I asked for 2 of the #4's and the guy employee asked me "did you want the meals with that?" They served my food in bags when I asked for a tray the manager said "we don't have not have any clean trays." After about 20 minutes I looked over and they were all on their phones! Please don't waste your time here. I didn't even want to rate this place but I had to in order to leave a comment.

one of the most packed fast food services of new mexico, With manzano high school next door. Its always a nice hang out. If the toilite papers out or the cups or napkins waite a second because these guys run out and stock right back up by the second .

Placed my order, was told to hold on, after several minutes I was asked for my order again…she got it wrong 3xs…Went to the window to pay, was asked to pay for wrong order twice...picked up order...WRONG ORDER!

Went to the McDonalds on Central by 4 Hills Shopping Center today. Placed a fairly large order and paid. Reviewed the order to be sure it was accurate - as again it was larger than most - and noticed a missing large order of fries. Went back to the cashier to verify order. Was told that the fries were rolled into a meal since my son ordered cheeseburgers and a drink and my daughter ordered extra fries. Get the order. The large fries are missing. Went back and was told I wasn't charged for them. Um- how is it that now I wasn't charged for them but before they were rolled into a meal? Questioned for this to be explained to me. The manager came over and said we didn't pay for the fries. I asked again how they were missed when I placed an order and reconfirmed the order and was told that they were rolled into a meal. Instead of any type of 'oh I'm sorry our bad let's fix this for you' - they charged me $2.45 for the fries and didn't give any credit for the 'meal' that the fries were supposedly rolled into. When I asked again how this is working and to explain it to me by pointing out the order on the receipt having to talk over the manager because she wasn't listening to me. She took the fries - shoved them at me and told me to leave. Needless to say - we won't be going here any more. Customer service is TERRIBLE! They make the error and then they get nasty with the customer - doesn't work that way. Manager is rude and totally unprofessional. I hope the owners see this so they know who is there when they aren't. Oh and I should add I'm happy to say that both receipts have a survey for me to complete - sure will be doing that.
