The girl in the front was very nice and did a great job. However, I dislike that many of the public restrooms in this city are strictly guarded and locked due to homeless and drug use, according to some locals. I had to be let in by the cashier and it is just awkward for visitors coming to the area.
They were short on staff and working hard to get orders out. I waited in the drive thru so long for just a frosty that they offered it to me free! I have a lot of respect for people who work for a living. They could have easily left, but they hung in there for us. Thanks! You're awesome!
This Wendy's quality used to be reliable but in recent months I have negative experiences. A week ago a friend and I went thru drive thru a little after 10pm and we each ordered hamburgers, fries and drinks. We got home to find that the burgers were so dried out that the buns were tough to chew and
If I was only rating this Wendy's vs. Other Wendy's it would be 5/5. There is a Wendy's close to walking distance from my house but I drive to this location because they move the drive thru quickly, they are better with order accuracy and more polite than the Wendy's near my house.
Great hot baked potatoes, and super friendly help. The lovely girl with Purple hair was so kind and food was fire for a Wendy's for sure!
This store never has their exterior lights on. So you never know when they are open. I've been there 3 times before, during the hours of operation and they say they are closed. Once even at 830, the others around 10. The employees really don't want to work they are always hanging out in the "close
Excellent customer service. Beyond anything expected at a fast food restaurant, the staff that was working today, (6/3/2022) at 11:30pm. Deserves a huge pat on the back. 👍👍
Love their apple pecan salad (they have no options for us gluten-free people) but dining in is never very enjoyable as the air is always chokingly hard to breathe. Been that way for years. I always loved their Baconator (before I had to stop eating wheat products) and frosties are the bomb!
