Actually a pretty good do it yourself salad bar. Super clean and very well stocked. They actually have two of those coke machines to customize your drink. They have one that flavors sparkling water so that was cool if you want to consume less sugar. Made some cool salads they have pasta too.

Most of the food was really good, the harvest soup was great. The restaurant wasn't spotless but it wasn't dirty either. My only complaints are that it took a long time for plates to be cleared from tables and the cottage cheese tasted like it had gone sour.

Souper Salad always has a wonderful selection of fresh salads and soups. It is inexpensive which is great for senior folks. Today the only thing to drink was water and the manager had to also work as a server. Overall the meal was good.
I eat at the Wyoming Souper Salad at least a couple of times a week and it's not uncommon to go more often. The food is always fresh and the food bar is almost always well stocked. If it isn't, I only have mention it and it gets stocked quickly.

Souper salad is always great. I always get big plates of salad on my first trip to the buffet, then I go back for a third. I love all the tons of toppings that you can choose from. The wait staff there know me as a regular, they give me 10% off every time, I don't even need to show my 10% off card
