Newer location. Interesting diner type vibe, veteran celebration motif. 15% of net profits are donated to VA hospital. Service was outstanding, very accommodating (I didn’t order off the menu) and attentive. All the staff was smiling, inc chefs. Variety of seating styles and a separate meeting/luncheon dining room for groups. Food was very good. We all had different variations of bacon/chicken, biscuits, sausage gravy, papitas and Green Chile. Tons of variety on the menu, for all you want to have. Check out the height of that chicken biscuit plate!

I absolutely loved this place. The staff where great and the food delicious. The decor was really neat and part of their proceeds go to charity. The prices for the food where very good. Definitely stop in here for breakfast or lunch. I will definitely be coming back.

I saw this place after a quick Walmart run while on vacation. I was incredible happy with there biscuits and gravy. The biscuits are the best and lightest i have had in a long time. The gravy had enough sausage bits that i didn't feel i needed an extra order of sausage to added to it. The gravy also had a bit of heat without killing me. My husband got the omelet and thought it was great tasty without beeing to heavy. The pancakes are light and fluffy. And servings where large without being to big.

Amazing food and absolutely spectacular service! Everyone was so friendly and we felt very welcome and very well taken care of. The best fried chicken any of us have ever had, and the biscuit french toast was sublime. Love how they support veterans! Can't wait to go back!

The food here is simple and satisfying, very filling with good flavor. The staff is efficient, though a bit overzealous when clearing up still. I had to fend off the bussers to keep my food safe when I got up to get a coffee refill. I suspect it's mostly because they're still new and very busy at times. Seating can be a bit of a challenge as well as a result. Definitely worth going, and a great, fast option for takeout. The only thing missing from the menu is a biscuit cinnamon roll. If they had that, I'd be there every weekend. The biscuit French toast was a strong contender!

Friendly service and great food served fresh, hot, and very tasty. This place is going to be a regular stop for this guy. The Barbacoa burrito was a thing of beauty. I did this as a carry out and was amazed by the size and the amount of meat and potatoes in it - was breakfast and lunch. Can't imagine what the large would have been... dinner as well? Don't hesitate to eat here.

Found our new breakfast spot! They were very accommodating when asked to make a hard poached egg for my dish...first time a restaurant actually got it right! We'll be back.

This place caught my eye this afternoon as I was headed for my usual Sunday brunch bagel from Einstein's and I decided to give it a try. It has a diner feel to it, the service style definitely matches that as all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's similar to Satellite cafe in the sense that you walk up and place your order and then the staff brings the food to your seat. Their claim to fame is their homemade biscuits, so I opted to try them in one of my favorite breakfast dishes; eggs Benedict. The version i tried was called the Foxtrot, which features one of their famous biscuits split, topped with two fried eggs, hollandaise, shaved ham and plenty of green Chile. Their house made papitas were particularly to my liking because they are cut very small and they came out very nice and crispy, just how I like my breakfast potatoes. Everythjng was seasoned well, and I liked the use of the smaller pieces of shaved ham rather than the traditional slab of Canadian bacon you get with Benedict. Overall I really enjoyed my visit here. The portion size of what I ordered was huge! I would classify this as a family restaurant for sure. Would come back!

I'm in love with Stripes Biscuit Co. Everything is always amazing. Today I was heart broken to see only a few tables available for patrons. When I asked why, our waitress said because we are so short staffed. How awful!!!!! Please support them and please go back to work people. There needs to be as much pressure to go back to work as there is pressure to be to be vaccinated.

Good food and I was pleasantly surprised to find an abundance of vegetarian options, including vegetarian gravy for the biscuits and gravy! :-) they also support veterans through donating a portion of their profits and the walls are covered with pictures of our servicemen.

Love the burritos (#3 with green chili is my favorite one though) at all the location but this one is my favorite location because they carry the biscuits! I used to go to the biscuit co on Gibson, which sadly closed now, but I found that this one still carried the biscuits!! Coach B sandwich is my personal favorite and why I prefer going to this location. Great sausage gravy and I like the light sweet taste the biscuit has, both in which I usually am very picky about.

We stopped at Biscuits & Burritos for lunch while staying in Albuquerque and were amazed at the level of service AND the food. Robert helped us with our menu selections and brought us multiple salsas to try with our food. He knew two different couples that came in after us by name and was so friendly. We generally do a lot of research and check ratings before dining out. We happened across this place and checked the reviews which were good so thought we’d give it a try. We were very happy that we did. There are lots of options on the menu, you will not be disappointed!

This place was awesome! I took my friend here to try it out as it was both of our first visits, and we will happily be back! For as busy as it was, the service was fast and friendly. Great atmosphere, and a large but not overwhelming menu to look at while you're in line. For someone who's not crazy about biscuits, these were delicious! You get a large plate for a good price (about $11) for the Coach B breakfast plate. The Oscar eggs Benedict was even better! We will definitely be back.
