Stopped at DQ to use a coupon. Was very happy with what I ordered. 4 piece chicken strips, fries, and gravy. The food was fresh, hot, and well put together. The customer service was excellent. I didn't wait, too long, either. Sometimes I get stale service. But this time around, all was well. Maybe because it wasn't busy. Either way, stop by at the DQ for some happy food.
We went in for a quick dinner. The cashier was super friendly. Our food came out within minutes of sitting down and it was hot and fresh.
All in all the service, quality of food and cleanliness of the lobby were excellent.
I had not eaten at a Dairy Queen in many years, but I just moved to this area and decided to give the location a try. I ordered through the Dairy Queen app, and it was an easy experience. I ordered the Tripple FlameThrower Signature Stackburger and a large blizzard. I arrived at the restaurant a little bit after placing the order, and I noticed right away that this was a very popular and busy restaurant. The drive thru line was full, and there were many cars in the parking lot. This was probably one of the most active fast food restaurants I've seen in Albuquerque at 2pm. on a Sunday afternoon. The employees were hustling to get all the customers serviced. The lines were moving very quickly. After I received my order I went home. The burger and the blizzard were FANTASTIC. I was very impressed. I do not ever remember having a Dairy Queen burger that good. Check out this restaurant you will be impressed!
When one think's about Dairy Queen we think about hot eats, cool treats and everything in between to satisfy our childhood desires of ice-cream selections, hamburgers with fries and sugary beverages. In all honesty Dairy Queen has it all! The location on Louisiana is no different.
The management believes in a clean restaurant as well as fast customer service. During my recent visit I was promptly met with a customer service representative who took my order, suggested additional items and made me one of the best pecan Turtle Blizzards I've had in awhile. On this visit (9/21) the Louisiana location offered in-store dining and drive-thru and/or take out.
There is a great selection a pre-made cakes and other assorted goodies in the customer freezer compartment. The restrooms were clean and the floors were spotless. It is important to recognize that the restrooms (male restroom pictured) were clean as most staff utilize the same restrooms as their patrons.
To accommodate drive-thru wait times for specialty items, there is a waiting area for those orders. I like this as it allowed me to get my order and drive away rather than wait in line for specialty orders that we're ahead of me. As with any other restaurant there will be rush periods and longer than normal wait times. This did not stop the Dairy Queen located on Louisiana from providing me with quick service.
This location adheres to Covid-19 protocols and suggest masks for patrons in the Drive-Thru as well as within the restaurant. If you're looking for ice cream favorites, or a great place for a quick bite, you will not be disappointed with the Dairy Queen located on Louisiana Boulevard.
Due to the cleanliness of the restaurant, taste of the food and the expeditious service - - - -> I am giving this visit the highest rating possible.

It was a magnificent experience! I was starving for a bite to eat and had the chicken strip meal this time and side salad. It was sooo delicious! And the staff was extremely helpful and friendly! Thank you for everything!
I went in for a cake and asked a lot of questions. I have never bought an ice cream cake from Dairy Queen it was good. Just not the cake that the young lady told me it was.
The service and our food was so good the burgers were fresh my onion Rings were a bit over cooked other than that, I can't wait to go back
We only use drive-thru service, but every time we do, it's quick and accurate. Always have had polite interactions with employees.
I had a good experience here. The blizzards taste the same as I remember. To my surprise the chile dog was really good, and the dog tasted like it was all beef. I even commented to my date that the fries we better than most fast food restaurants. Not five stars because they could do better about making it more modern inside. I remember as a kid dairy queen was an inviting fancy parlor. The employees were very polite and brought everything to the table. I will continue to come back.
The place is clean!!! You don't see that anywhere else anymore!!
Foods fresh and hot!
Customer service is excellent!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This location had signs everywhere indicating that they’re understaffed ... that didn’t prevent them from delivering AMAZING customer service. Completely satisfied with our ice creams and our onion rings came out fresh and tasty! Our blizzard and Cupfection came out perfect! The staff deserves a raise and praise for holding up this location like this while being understaffed.
This place is literally my new DQ to go to. People were respectful and service was effectively and overall staff was courteous that they make you feel like you are not in a fast food restaurant after all. I will be coming back for more.
Great fast service made the right way extra sheet extra ice cream the way DQ used to be when I was little. Love this store
Very good and on brand DQ! We stpped for some afternoon ice cream to cool down. Service was good. Facility was good. Good parking.
Food is really good. For $6 you can get a burger, fries , drink and a ice cream Sunday. Can't beat that price! We never have a bad experience , we celebrated a birthday here, very accommodating and comfortable environment. Staff was awesome!
