The best fried chicken ever! I live in Mountainair and when we have to make a trip to Albuquerque I always stop at Church's Chicken.
Nice people running the joint, the biscuits are really good, chicken is fine. For the location, it's about as good as you are going to get. Also just a nice place to take a corner to work at.
Love this little place, the only chicken I will eat. Crisp, delicious, and the service in this little place is amazing! The staff always are so good to me!
I personally never had a bad experience whenever I eat here. Just that it's in a bad area and I often wonder how they manage to keep the place up and running

We came here Sunday Morning with an RV - can’t do drive thru.
Aurelia (Manager / Supervisor of the day) is a very kind, patience and understanding person. She helped us with our phone order and asked me to wait by the window. I heard the next drive thru customer being rude and yelling at her when she asked “combo or chicken only” also when she repeated the order. Aurelia finish the transaction with patience. Such an amazing human being. Thank you so much for your patience and kindness.
Overall the drive thru employee was super professional and welcoming
Food was good the help was very funny and fun definitely I will go there again to eat. They were also very professional and fast.
Gotta get my tenders from Church's every chance I get near a store. The corn on the cob was hot, fresh and tasty. Mashed taters and gravy were also perfect, the tenders were the usual fresh, juicy and ready for dipping. Only drawback is no dine in but the menu items are up to the usual high standard of fresh and hot. One of my top 5 places to eat when on the road!
Chicken was great. This is one of those locations you can go to and they will have what your ordering on hand. I've been to other locations that seem to stop cooking menu items up around 8:30.
Th employees here are amazing! We went New Years Eve and so many customers were being rude, name calling and cursing for no reason. The employees were super respectful and despite the restaurant being so busy three employees total managed the entire restaurant. Lisa and Joshuah handled everything so well. The cook ( I didn't get her name ) was on top of everything and the food was delicious! Thanks so much guys for a great experience and for being so classy when people were being so mean.
I was able to get some sweet tea to go by calling from my car. The gentleman took my order and met me out front so I didn't have to wait in the long drive thru line. It was nice as I was pressed for time and their lobby was closed.
