We tried the spicy chicken sandwich and it was delicious. The fries are curly fries and they were good also. The staff were friendly and helpful since it was our first time eating there. Bathrooms were clean.
Heard a rumor about this place being under new ownership and thought I would give it a shot again. I ate here a while back and think I over did it. Not quite what it was back many many years ago but Covid played a toll on many business and think this one has improved. Going to start coming here more
Mona is the absolute best fast food manager in Albuquerque! Her attitude is perfect! She is not afraid to roll up her sleeves and work! She’s very professional! I went thru the drive-thru here. I've ate at other Twisters locations and this one runs a bit slower than most, although that might have been due to it being Super Bowl Sunday. My food was hot, fresh, and actually looked like the picture on the menu. All in all, I would not hesitate to eat here agai

Only reason why I didn't give 5 stars was bc I waited in the drive thru for what seemed like an unacceptable amount of time before I received my food. Service was great, time is a factor tho! This visit was better than the last. Food was good I got the South Valley burrito can a twister chili cheese fries extra crispy. Unfortunately they weren't extra crispy on the fries but everything else was good.
Great milkshakes and mango smoothie here. Fish tacos are good here too. I like coming here because I get Delta airlines frequent flier sky miles. There are several branches throughout Albuquerque so this is a good fast food restaurant to go to when out taking care of business and receiving frequent
This is one of the best experiences I've had at a twisters and it's all due to Mona the manager she was polite and attentive taking our order the food was prepared and served quickly and perfectly made. Not to mention the whole place was spotless 10 outta 5 stars thank you Mona
