We've been hesitant on coming back to this location (Isleta & Rio Bravo). The last time we came the food prep area was a mess, the lady at the register was loud and yelling at the other workers. The chicken was not fresh. We both got food poisoning. Tonight the chicken was fresh and juicy. Thank you for hiring better workers.

I've never been to Church's, but my son and I were wanting fast food, but something different. So we stopped in and we're very pleasantly surprised! Now we're both "thigh men" when it comes to chicken. And theirs was too die for! And the honey glazed biscuits! Really yummy! We'll be back!!! β€οΈππ
Know any Church's Chicken is the bomb then they have okra and always order that freshly made and everything else he saw there is very
Would have given them a 5 Star rating. But had to wait 14 minutes for biscuits? It was only 12:24 & they weren't very busy? But everything good
We ordered the Texas chicken strips. They were greasy tasting, I should have asked for half spicy. With mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese. I also ordered the roasted chicken. I would prefer a spicy skin and not the sweet. The order took a longer than expected. They cooked up a batch. They told it would be a wait and said they were sorry when the brought out the food.
Mac n cheese was burnt n rolls were dry n cold.
Food was fresh staff was friendly
For the first time In years I have made a call to the store and the management was absolutely Wonderful... Her name is Crystal and I was surprised to receive great customer Service. Amazing and very respectful, Not once was she rude or argumentative .
Because Of her I will be more than happy to return.

The customer service is outstanding I work the lot around here and little requests for extra honey butter even they have no problem doing I even got to get a little on my chicken which is absolutely amazing the staff at this church is chicken are for their customers πππππ
