The wild and reckless ice cream was not for me but the pralines and cream was delicious. Staff wasn't friendly at all.
I visit this location once every few weeks and the customer service is pretty good. Even if it’s busy, the teens working do their best to help everyone as quickly as possible

Based on two visits: icecream is good and service is amateur. It's not necessarily bad, it's just employees don't have their priorities set on customers nor business in general. Cold Stone is still a better choice overall.
Great staff. My kids wanted to sample so much ice cream and the girl (I wish I knew her name.) Was so patient and friendly with them. Also I love the whole stranger things you have going on.
Employees were nice and help you get out the door quickly. Yes they give you time to look and see what you want. Place was clean and has hand sanitizer available as well.
Baskin Robbins what can I say 31 flavors pretty awesome. The ice cream is always good and the employees are hard workers. The place is well-kept and clean. Next time you and your love ones are together Think about Baskin-Robbins there’s nothing like having an ice cream and a good conversation.
Always a pleasure to go in. We order quarts, and they're always packed quickly and out the door quickly. Employees are always happy and great you with a smile
This Baskin Robbins was very busy. The two ice cream servers kept the line moving. Both servers were very polite and cheerful. Excellent servers!!!
The ice cream here is really good, and really creamy I love the vibe when you walk in, it's like a welcoming vibe, and smells good, the service was great too, and also very clean!
Eleven's Heaven is the flavor of diabetes, very sweet, a whole lot of chocolate, sprinkles, and the waffles, but good. Demogorgon sundae was amazing! The Upside Down Sundae, was like a regular sundae, but upside down.
Always clean and friendly one of my favorite places to go and take the kids really miss being able to eat there, but that won't keep us away. 😊
I went in alone and ordered for wife and son, something new. They loved the flavors. Nothing like a late night scoop!
