Placed an order via mobile app but when arrived, the orders didn’t go through even though I got transaction notification. Attempted to order again and finally went through, the first one was refunded. They made a sandwich pretty quick. Tastes good

Staff actually listens carefully & sandwiches are made exactly as ordered. I'm a happy repeat customer! Added note: no more sweet onion -- it's now sweet onion Teryiaki. Very different!

Service was kind of slow. A lot of customer vs worker drama over being out of bacon and such after making the order online. Otherwise the sandwich I ordered was decent except for the fact that the bottom became soggy and started falling apart as I ate it.
Once when we were packing up a family house we had 6 family members helping. As lunch time approached, I said "Does everyone know what the want from Subway? A thunderous chorus of yeses arose. So I took everyone's order and went to get them. Sure enough, upon my return everyone was happy!

Fantastic service. I went at a time when only one worker was available and while it took a bit of time, the music, cool air, and reassurance from the subway artist were plenty to keep me content. Great attitude from the staff!

Sat Aug 30 Stopped for two Subs at the Alameda and Fourth Street NW location.. Both young men were patient and helpful. Made excellent recommendations for ingredients on subs.
