Five Guys number uno in hamburger and fries. They have free peanuts too. Kudos to a great staff.
Burgers and fries are great, customer service is top notch, restaurant is clean. But the last two times I visited within two weeks, the soda machines (both), had the syrup ratios wrong or were empty. I did see an employee maintaining the machine the first visit but I guess it wasn't resolved. Oh, an
They have materially raised prices. Basically double pre pandemic. Regular bacon cheeseburger is now $12! With small fries? $18! Sorry at that price I can get a real hamburger that doesn’t come with a cheap soggy bun.
Just got home with my dinner, bit into the burger.. it had nothing in it.. bread bun full of mushrooms and onions.. ok.. I ordered a burger all the way. Not even a meat patty? I called and they said they couldn't find the order. I said "this is the five guys on Braddock road?" They said no, we're on
I love Five Guys and the burgers at this location are good. But tell me why they forgot to put bacon on my burger, and when I went up with my receipt to tell them, this lady asked me if I wanted "bacon on the side?" She legit was gonna gimme some strips of bacon and call it a day. And they charge $2
They can’t get burgers right. Went in 30 minutes before closing, and they forgot sauce on my burger. Put like 2 half slices of bacon. They weren’t busy. For $12 per burger, they should at least be able to read the ticket and do it.
This was a beautiful Five Guys! So clean! The staff was kind and very helpful. The bathrooms were spotless! Definitely one of the cleanest Five Guys we’ve been to
I had placed an order over a month ago and I didn't get my order and I was told someone would call and no one has called. I have been calling every week to see has anything been done about this issues and I keep getting the run around about if I will get my refund.
