Memorial Day.
I went with my family today and received the worst service. I never seen so poor service in all the years that I have been a client. The server did not get the order right and has to be reminded several times about the items that were missing. The appetizers arrived with the food and 2
The host was great! He made everything to sat us down in a booth so we were comfortable. Food was great also. Refills on time since they left us a jar of soda. Food came in reasonable time. Good experience with the family.
My girlfriend had never been to Chilis before so we went. I enjoy the service there and the food was good. We got the Full course me but our server ended up ringing my order in wrong. Not sure what the mix up was but I didn’t release till after I left. All in all my experience was descent.
Food was pretty good and decent. My waitress was really nice and friendly. The establishment was clean and nice. So overall it was a good experience. A large group of my friends visited this Chili’s for a birthday. We were lucky enough to have Bri as our waitress. She, along with the other staff, took such good care of us and had the best attitude! Thank you Bri for being the best! #GiveBriARaise
